I SEARCHED STORES AND ONLINE TO FIND THIS MICROWAVE BECAUSE OF THE HOLD WARM FEATURE. THIS FEATURE WILL KEEP YOUR FOOD WARM UNTIL READY TO EAT. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND COOKS EVERYTHING EXACTLY RIGHT, ALSO LIKE THE 3 DIFFERENT SETTINGS FOR MICROWAVE POPCORN BECAUSE THERE ARE DIFFERENT SIZES OF THE BAGS.

This microwave fits the bill. I have used a Panasonic for years and wanted another one when mine quit. I looked on-line, found this one, and am thrilled with the ease of getting used to a new one. It works very much like my old one, but even better.

Finally found a good 1100 watt microwave...most frozen items call for an 1100 watt microwave and they are hard to find...had a 1250 and always had to cut the power down before I cooked anything...this one works great, looks good and the only thing I see that could be better is the door as when you close it....it's noisy like metal on metal...but of course it's not...so a minor thing...I would buy it again.....it's also hard to find a white one....so I like this one because of that also....

Fits in a space that is 12.5” high by 20.5” wide by 16.5” deep; our model is a bright white that matches everything; needs a grounded outlet; round turntable is over 13”; Genius sensor works well with popcorn and items that produce steam; easy to operate and clean; highly recommended if the size works for you

This is an easy-to-use microwave that has the power I wanted. The only feature I wish this model had though was the internal light to illuminate when the door was open instead of only when cooking. Now I have to drag the food out to see if it is finished whereas my older unit just like this one has the light on when the door is open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is so quiet that I barely hear it. I like the options available for heating - the popcorn button is perfectly timed. The feature that has it heat food more evenly works surprisingly well. The only complaint that I have is that the light inside isn't very bright. This is a really great bargain!

Panasonic microwave Model #NN-Su656B is not as advertised. The outside measurements are correct except the depth which is not 16 1/8" D, instead only 14 9/16". The inside is smaller than the dimensions listed. It states 9 13/16" H, 13 13/16" W, 15 3/16" D. The inside dimensions are 9" H, 13 3/16" W, 13 1/4" D. It states that it has a 13.4" turntable. That is not correct, the turntable is actually 12". I was disappointed because I bought it for the larger interior.

It was broken on arrival. Had to purchase the ring before i could use it. Overheats very quickly, for example when cooking a frozen meal for 4 mins drops power at 3 mins. Also too big for a counter top.
