Replaced our 11 or so year old Panasonic. Almost identical except color. I did disable the door lock as we have no small children. The glass tray is exactly same as old one so kept the old one! Have been very happy with Panasonic brand Microwaves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Panasonic 1.3 cu.ft. faithfully served me through 2 moves for about 10 years and I was excited that I could get this newer model with NUMBERS like I had before! It's been different (dark inside walls/harder to see to clean), but has performed just as well as my old one. You can't beat a Panasonic microwave!

This is a Great Appliance. I use it constantly. I would highly recommend this for any household. The only thing that I would change is to be able to see in it better. But it gets the job done fantastically…❤️❤️❤️

I am very pleased with my purchase. My first time using it after purchase was to pop my favorite popcorn. The first noticeable difference when using the microwave was the fact that I hardly had any unpopped kernels left in the bag. That was huge! I'm use to having a fair amount of unpopped left. I also noted when warming up left overs, that it heats food very evenly. I am also please with the aesthetics of the microwave and the easy to use keypad.

I like that I found a white small countertop microwave. This is a new model to replace the older one. This one doesn't have an interior light, I miss that feature. It locks the door during and after cooking , if you do not disable this feature. It's a little deeper than the previous one but still fits on the counter with space in front to set a small bowl. This microwave works great and the interior cleans up easily. I would buy Panasonic again.

This replaced our old white Panasonic countertop microwave which we liked and used daily. On this new one the buttons are smaller so not as user friendly, and the light on the inside is smaller so its very dim. Overall its smaller but the 1100 watts power is good and so far it works great. . It has a safety door lock feature for young kids, which we disabled immediately as we have no small kids around.

This microwave is 2 shades of white on the front. The control panel is darker than the door. Also, I don't like that the inside is all black, I can't really see what's going on in it. I tried the Auto Defrost with a chicken breast, following the instructions, it cooked the outer edges. For now this one will do while I look for a really good one, then I'll send it out to the our shop.

We looked a long time for a full-size microwave that would fit into our space. We have an enclosed shelf that is part of the cabinetry that the oven sits in. We finally found a 1.3 cu ft unit from Panasonic - Model NN-SU656W. The measurements gave us 1/2 inch on both sides to spare, 4 inches in the back and several inches (8-10?) inches at the top. Imagine our surprise when the unit arrived and the specs say there must be a 3" clearance on all sides except the right side which must be wide open. This oven won't work and we are disappointed because we were thrilled with the features and the size and the 1100 Watt power output. The unit would extend beyond the opening so that the front 1/3 of the oven would be outside the opening and free on both sides and the top. How critical are those clearance numbers?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this I had Panasonic the light went on when I opened the door. This model does not have a light when you open the door and the inside is all black making very hard to see inside. also oven cavity dimensions are a little smaller than stated

Completely turned off after exactly 4 months and wouldn't turn on at all. I paid 174$ to use a microwave for 4 months. Get a warranty because you will need it. Seller will not exchange or accept returns without one (understandable). But still a trash product.
