Usually we love the quality of Sam’s fruit. They were all ripe at once and a couple had a yucky mushy texture. Still love pears but will check for firmness next time.

I purchased a crate of these pears and shared them with my daughter and her family. They were excellent - sweet and juicy. Actually, I ended up being sorry I didn't keep all of them.

I enjoy picking up first-of-the-season fresh fruit. The pears were very tasty. The only problem is - they all ripen at the same time…..but we managed to eat them!

These pears are always sweet and juicy. I purchase them whenever available, which is not always, but glad when they are. I highly recommend them to those that have not tried them and like pears.

Pears didn't last long. It was a few that was bad already when they were delivered. I will go into store myself to get fresh fruit from now on. Waste of money having to throw a lot of pears away.

These smelled good in store, but when we got home they had very little flavor. Left them on counter for a couple of days. They looked good, but still no flavor. Two of them even went bad. I think these were picked when they were too green.

All were totally bruised the next day. And by the time they were ripe they were bad inside. Not sure what Sams does to make them look so good in the store but are no longer any good the day after they get home

Bad batch I suppose. They looked so good in the store but the next day all had turned brown inside and out (even the ones I put in the fridge to help them last longer)...back to Aldi pears!

We' ve become fans of these Bartlet pears. They are not ripe in store, and we let them on the counter where they slowly turn to sweet and juicy fruits. Need patience over 2-3 days. They hold very well for at least a week.

If I could give a bug nothing I would I receive curbside I couldn’t believe the condition of these pears just awful absolutely horrible. Threw these out immediately
