These pears came badly bruised and rotten. In many spots, the skin was completely missing. I will never purchase these again.

These pears were delicious! Very juicy and sweet! I bought them when they were not completely ripe and they ripened nicely on the counter. Will buy again!!

The pears were all rotten around the core. Also, the skin and parts of the pears were rotten on the bottom side that I could not see when I bought them.

I enjoy picking up first-of-the-season fresh fruit. The pears were very tasty. The only problem is - they all ripen at the same time…..but we managed to eat them!

Usually we love the quality of Sam’s fruit. They were all ripe at once and a couple had a yucky mushy texture. Still love pears but will check for firmness next time.

I purchased a crate of these pears and shared them with my daughter and her family. They were excellent - sweet and juicy. Actually, I ended up being sorry I didn't keep all of them.

We tried four different varieties of pear this season and Bartlett is the best for flavor and texture to eat as-is. These are fresh, low on bruising, ripen well at home, and taste great. Probably not the best for cooking, though.

They all ripened up in a day and then went far past with black spots and half were bruised all in the inside. We will not buy them again, waste of money even at a deal price.

These pears are always sweet and juicy. I purchase them whenever available, which is not always, but glad when they are. I highly recommend them to those that have not tried them and like pears.

These smelled good in store, but when we got home they had very little flavor. Left them on counter for a couple of days. They looked good, but still no flavor. Two of them even went bad. I think these were picked when they were too green.
