I purchased two bags of these Clementine Mandarins (5lbs.) was a total waste of my money. I had these delivered to my home and when I received them, they were already rotten and were mildewed. I called Sam's to complain about the order and were told that a refund would be processed and never was. So please don't waste your money.

While 40% more expensive per pound than the non-club grocers, these mandarins are the ONLY mandarins I have found that were not picked while still green. Produce managers need to be knowledgeable about how to select citrus fruits. Citrus fruit DOES NOT ripen once it has been picked. Unripe citrus is NOT edible. In fact hog growers will tell you that unsold/uneaten unripe citrus isn’t even bought for or eaten by hogs.

The Cuties in this bag were on the small side which affected their lasting time. I ended up throwing at least 6 out because they got hard, difficult to peel and did not taste good. They are also expensive to buy especially when I needed to throw some out.

4 rotten ones in this bag. I had curbside pick up. One was so rotten, it was flat and squished open. 2 of the other 3 bad ones were so bad, my fingers immediately made holes when touched and the last one was black. I had gone into the store bought a bag the week before and they were all perfect. I'm not sure who filled my order but quality control was not their forte.

These have been hit or miss in my area. A few times recently I have gotten a batch that was not flavorful at all. And sometimes I will get them and they are AMAZING and my family eats them all too fast. It’s hard to tell if they are going to be good or not

I’m really sick of Sam’s. Get stopped as you enter to check your card, well, I don’t have a card anymore so I am required to show my phone. Then I get stopped at the cell phone booth. Then I get stopped at the water area. Tired of the shopping experience taking 3 Xs longer than necessary for 2 items.

Until 2022, this product was great. In 2023, I purchase this product several times, and found one or two rotten oranges in every package. When I complained, I got my money back. However, supplier should take care of this issue. This happens frequently, not a random incident.

Flavor and quality varies with the season. I usually like these because they are easy to peel. This last bag was not. The flavor was OK but not as sweet as previoius. I have to buy them and open the bag to see what their quality is so it is always a gamble. Sometimes Sam's offers samples. That helps.

Bland & flat and virtually juiceless. The quality of natural tasting fruits has been compromised with the genetically modified variety. Sam’s Club has deviated from its mission completely to serve their members with quality foods. And the prices are outrageously sky high! Shame on your Buyers! They’ve sold their soul in the name of profitability & personal gains. 😡🥺🧐🤨

The few that I ate were delightful. They were some of the sweetest ones I’ve had. However, when I went back for another bag, I saw a few bags in the store that already had moldy oranges. I picked out two bags that didn’t appear to have any mold in the bags. The next day, after eating a couple, there’s a moldy orange in the middle of the opened bag. I checked the other bag, there were a couple moldy oranges in that one as well. I had to throw both bags out. Sadly a waste of money.
