I HAVE BEEN A MICHELIN CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD MANY SETS OF DEFENDER LTX TIRES . ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE RIDE AND COMFORT OF THE TIRES. THIS IS MY FIRST SET OF DEFENDER LTX M/S 2'S. TIRES CAN'T BE BALANCED AND LOPE WHEN DRIVING. DEALER HAS SAID THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO. IF I CAN'T GET ANY RESOLUTION FROM MICHELIN I WILL TAKE THEM OFF AFTER ONLY 5000 MILES OF USE AND SWITCH TO COOPER. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE NEW 2 SERIES TIRES. HELP MICHELIN AS I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR DECADES.

These tires are amazing. I replaced my OE Bridgestone Dueler Alena H/L after 40k due to wear. Mind you, I monitor air pressure and rotate regularly and even though most of the miles were highway, the definitely needed replacing. I was a bit skeptical because of the more aggressive tread on the Michelin tires, but I’ve had Michelins on my other vehicles, and so I went ahead and rolled the dice. Man am I happy I did! These tires are not only quiet, but they have a certain confident feel on the road and a responsiveness that I never had out of my Bridgestone tires. Shortly after taking the vehicle out of the shop I hit the highway and the feel can only be described as riding on glass. I haven’t had an opportunity to feel them in the rain, but based on the reviews I’d read prior to purchasing the tires-I’m confident that these tires will continue to perform. I’d 100% recommend these tires to anyone especially for a truck or SUV. Quiet, comfortable, and responsive. Thanks Michelin!

Tires are very quiet and smooth running. Any increase or decrease in mileage is yet to be determined. I bought these for extra load rating for towing a 5th wheel trailer. I am at this time experiencing death wobble and I am hoping the tires are not a contributing factor as I only have 19,000 miles on the truck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom swears by these tires and now I know why! They have the best smooth, quiet ride and give my car great traction. Big improvement over original factory tires. They seem to last longer too in her experience. I’m still new so time will tell for my set. It’s the only brand and line she’s been using for years on multiple cars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for new tires and had been comparing different brands and styles. The Michelin Defender had everything I was looking for in a set of new wheels. The tires are very well made, strong and sturdy and most importantly, they make me feel safe on the road. These tires provide a smooth ride on the highway and are rugged enough for our back country roads. The tread wear life is impressive and I feel for the life and wear and tear of these tires, that they are a good investment. I like the deep tread pattern and noticed during the rainstorm that the tires gripped the road and they are weather proofed very well. I felt safe during all of my recent commutes.

What a wonderful experience it is to be a Michelin customer, i highly recommend this brand of tires and the handling of my Defender LTS MS2 is truly unsurpassed, they make you feel that you are driving a new SUV. Absolutly no noise while driving a smooth ride. I am a happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to finally be able to try out my new Defender® LTX M/S2 tires! They are super! Just had them installed and I am very impressed by the smooth ride and how they handle the streets with such ease. Definitely going to continue to purchase products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Defender tires were such a great find. They are durable and strong. Also great quality. They look great on the car as well. I am looking forward to these new tires and will feel safe using them when driving my family.

I have been a fan of these tires for many years. I have had 4 different vehicles over the last 20 years and put Michelin tires on each one. These tires I have had on my last 2 pickup trucks. They handle great. They last longer. They go and most of all stop. On wet rainy roads. Best Tires ever

The Defender LTX M/S2 tire has gotten me across the country, literally. It flawlessly handles snow, rain, mud, sand, gravel, asphalt, and everything in between, without compromising the quality and comfort of the ride. The noise is nonexistent in the cab of the SUV, even at high speeds.
