I ordered the pork stew meat through Sam's delivery and received only $6 worth of meat. If I wanted that little amount of meat I would have bought it from a grocery store. To make it worse, the pork pieces I got were mostly fat. I couldn't even use it.

I buy these when pork chops prices are out of budgetary reach. They are perfect for any recipe that calls for pork.

This package of pork stew was enough for 11 with leftovers. It was nicely trimmed with not too much fat - just enough for flavor.

Pork needs to be cubed up a little more.
