I love the fact that the meat is pre-cut saving me so much prep time. The ratio of fat to meat is perfect. The meat doesn't really need much seasoning & was tender.

I ordered the pork stew meat through Sam's delivery and received only $6 worth of meat. If I wanted that little amount of meat I would have bought it from a grocery store. To make it worse, the pork pieces I got were mostly fat. I couldn't even use it.
