Wanted something to update faucet with my kitchen remodel. The Vigo faucet was just what I was looking for. Love the mix of black matte and stainless. Have so many compliments on it. And also was a super affordable price. Saw other brands on line at seven times the price! I will be shopping for more Vigo products in the future.

I always install Vigo products for myself and my clients whenever possible! This faucet and soap dispenser packs a punch with high end design and a great aesthetic! The engineering of Vigo products are excellent and substantial ~ Couldn't be happier!

I bought this for my outdoor kitchen which doubles as a potting station. We wanted a high quality faucet that would resist the humidity and be useful for watering plants and normal kitchen activities. The faucet head disengages from it's support bar easily and swivels around well. The water control also works fine. We only just put it in but I doubt there will be any functional problems. The faucet is very sturdy. Now I think I'll get one for my inside kitchen!

Issues are: 1) The level for the handle came off and does not screw in all the way anymore. 2) The button to change the water flow stopped working. Hoping the lifetime warranty will be honored and those two components replaced. Other than that, great design and functionality.

I purchased this faucet three years ago. It still works beautifully and looks brand new after all this time. When it came time to renovate the kitchen in my second home, I chose the same Vigo faucet. It looks as good in a white kitchen as it does in a brown kitchen. I wish that the spray could be pulled out farther because my sink is cavernous, but no biggie. This is a great size that gives a commercial look without being so high that the water splashes out of the sink. Nothing beats this faucet for the price, durability, and appearance. I would buy it a third time if I had another house.

I bought this same faucet and a small areaost the matt black paint color. I was shipped a replacement in 48 hours!!! Love the faucet and am overwhelmed by the Vigo customer service! Will continue to buy from this company. Faucet is easy to install and looks amazing!

We purchased our VIGO spray kitchen faucet to complement our Farmhouse kitchen sink and new granite countertop. It looks great and functions terrific! We had a professional plumber do the installation and he remarked the VIGO faucet set was very well designed and built.

Everything about this product says quality from the packaging to the faucet. I purchased this faucet in the matte black & stainless finish Wich matches all my other appliances. This faucet instantly made my 20 year old kitchen look modern. I am 72 year old lady & installed the faucet on my own. I recommend watching a You Tube video that a person not affiliated with Vigo made.The installation process is made easier because this product was 95% preassembled. I ran into complications that made my installation a little more difficult.. The cabinet underneath my sink is small. Garbage disposer, plumbing pipes, & my short arms made it a challenge to install. The water supply line for the cold water was too short so I had to purchase an extension. Also hooking up the sprayer was difficult for me. The instructions do not tell you how to install the counterweight onto the sprayer cord. It took me some time to figure the round counterweight is held together by 2 screws. I unscrewed one screw completely & lossened the other screw. This allowed me to slide the 2 pieces apart & fit them over the sprayer hose. I gave the product 5 stars in spite of the complications I encountered.

We did some upgrades in our kitchen and my black VIGO pull-down faucet was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I wanted this style of faucet in black to go with my granite sink and my farmhouse kitchen and I couldn’t be happier, not to mentioned that the price was so affordable. Since I ordered online, I was also scepticle about the quality of the product but I was not dissappointed because it’s solid and of high quality. Thanks VIGO for such a beautiful product. :)

It took me only a few minutes to install this faucet. The instructions were intuitive. In past installations, I've thought the weight for the sprayer was difficult to install because it had to be in the perfect position and was not quite weighted right for the sprayer. This one is pretty close to perfect. The sprayer is easy to use and has good reach in a fairly large sink. My only issue with this is the handle comes unscrewed fairly easy. I've handtighted it about as much as I can. I'm going to contact Vigo and see what they say.
