Bought this back several months ago and had problems with the button to change from shower to stream. Had one replacement and in a month the same problem. The shower only worked. We just got a replacement and this time it works great. When I had called they said a correction had been made and would send me the latest - Item #RO-3146 Name 74006STW Sprayer. I just love the faucet and so glad to have it working properly.

This faucet looks great, however, after only one month of use the button you push to change the water from spray to stream quit working and now it only sprays unless I hold the button down while using. I paid to have this faucet installed so pulling it out and paying to have a new one installed isn't cost effective for me. Would never buy again.

Wanted something to update faucet with my kitchen remodel. The Vigo faucet was just what I was looking for. Love the mix of black matte and stainless. Have so many compliments on it. And also was a super affordable price. Saw other brands on line at seven times the price! I will be shopping for more Vigo products in the future.

I've been waiting awhile for think to come in. I did tons of research and decided to go with Vigo. When I received it, they did not disappoint! Beautiful producut and works great. I'm remodeling my whole house and will be using Vigo in all the bathrooms! Great job Vigo!

Love the matte black VIGO faucet! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it - great statement piece for your kitchen! After reading other reviews I was hesitant but it was easy to install and I’ve had no problems with leaking or poor pressure (the problem is probably with the person installing it).

At this time I cannot comment on the functionality of this faucet (reason why the 4 star rating) because it hasn't been hooked up to my plumbing. However the counter guys that installed it remarked how nice it was and thought it was more expensive when I told them what I paid. I think it looks terrific and can't wait to use it!

We bought this faucet 5 years ago and the faucet stopped switching from stream to spray. Contacted customer service and they referred me to Mr. Santana in parts who expedited sending replacement part and the faucet is good as new. Went above and beyond in customer service to keep me happy. A quality company with a great product line.

This faucet came with our home and it looks great and works well with the deep Vigo sink that we also have. We have been in the house a year and have no complaints about it still looks and work like the day we moved in. I rated the install but did not really do the work just could not submit without putting something there.

For the price point, this faucet is arguably the best value for price paid of any faucet there is on the market. We have had several different brands in the past including a $1,000 primary kitchen faucet in a previous home but both my wife and I have commented on how well our Vigo has performed for us. We were so happy with the performance that when we moved to SoCal and started updating the kitchen in our home, one of the first purchases was this faucet in chrome. It is amazing what a difference a faucet like this can make to such an important room in your home. Aside from the faucet look and functionality, the after service (if needed) from Vigo is top notch. All it takes is a phone call for warranty info, installation help, advice and more. This is key and one of factors that influenced our purchase decision. One last thing to add is that Christian in Customer Service is a perfect example of what makes Vigo such a great company. We came to him, he provided a solution, followed through and made us happy customers. This is the "next level" of customer service!

We are remodeling our cabin and this faucet was exactly what I needed to finish off my new farm sink and concrete countertops. Love the sleek classy look. The packaging the faucet arrived in was as beautiful as the product itself. Easy install instructions. Works great! Would buy this again!
