Had the same faucet in chrome in another house for a couple of years, it was durable and liked it so chose the Edison pull down in black for my new kitchen. The clean lines look, feel and finish are very good for the price point. Installation is the same as any other pull out spray faucet and should be easy enough for any DIYer. Time will tell how well the matt finish holds up but Vigo appears to have a decent warranty service so I'm not too worried. You don't need to spend $500 plus on a faucet.

We but this thing one month ago and we finally installed it today. We are so happy with our purchase. Its not all metal, the faucet is plastic, but its indistinguishable from the other parts. Otherwise, it works perfectly. We like the modern/industrial look.

I love this sink. The look is spectacular, the quality is great, and water pressure is sufficient. My only dislike is the button to switch faucet flows. After a month or so, the water would drop from opposing flows and basically mix and match the two settings. Still works great and looks great.

We just had this installed in our new kitchen. We mounted it with the temperature gage facing forward instead of to the side. This has an easy to use pull out that extends further than other models we saw. So great my inlaws bought one after seeing ours!

I have never been more delighted and happy as I am with my new Vigo Edison pull down kitchen faucet. Starting with the packaging it came in (totally befitting the fine piece of engineering it is) to the smooth feel of the on/off mixing value, the rock solid feel once installed, and finally, the absolute ease of use when using the pull down feature; everything about this faucet is functionally fabulous!!! We love the look of this thing! Makes for a modern kitchen and is well made, it seems. I don't care for the black woven plastic fabric, would have preferred metal, but it gets the job done. Soap pump seems good quality as well, but the pump head, as well as the spray head are plastic. My only three gripes are: (1) I wish the horizontal metal rod holding the sprayer was and inch or two longer. We have a big sink and it's hard to reach the sprayer, I usually leave it out of the "hook", then it's the right distance. (2) I wish the spray mode would automatically turn off when water is turned off, but it sticks, and if left in spray mode, and the sprayer is outside the hook, the next person is in for a wet surprise of the not so pleasant kind. (3) the turn-on handle was loose and I could not tighten it. A little bit of loc-Tite 242 thread locker took care of it. Overall, glad we bought it. Only had for a month, so I can't speak to the reliability

I bought the piece in 2018, since it's a beautiful product but only started using it one year after due to remodelling issues. So, in 2020, one year after usage, lever started detaching from handle seeming it didn't have any thread. I expected more quality. Since I live in Brazil, where it's installed, how can it be repaired?

I bought this in January of 2021, but due to the Covid-19 scare, I just had it installed on September 14, 2021. It feels great, construction looks and feels very well-made and not a lightweight. I love, love, love it! It's beautiful, but now I have to replace my sink to keep up with the competition!.

I was hesitant about getting such a different faucet, but had just remodeled my entire kitchen and decided why not !? It's a sleek and stylish faucet which I am extremely satisfied with it. The flexibility of the hose makes cleaning the sink or filling a pot a breeze. Just a note on the soap dispenser, after filling for the first time and priming the pump, keep pumping. I thought at first something may have been wrong but it eventually primed and no issues since.

I love this faucet, but even better was the super quick responsive service from Christian when I had a "flow" problem. So very helpful! I've been in construction for 35+ years and have never had such a quick and helpful response. I would highly recommend Vigo!
