Installed it today and could not believe how easily it went in. Heavy. Solid. Looks industrial but with a touch of class. One thing of note: the handle will not contact your backsplashe despite what the online schematics seems to suggest. Handle goes forward, sinkside, not backwards, wallside. Good for sink counters in close quarters.

I believe this is the best quality and value for the price of any kitchen faucet I have installed (and I've installed many over the decades). This faucet is equal to or superior to faucets I have used that cost twice as much, and the design if fantastic. Takes a little getting used to if you are accustomed to Moen, Delta, Kohler, but then you would not want to go back to those. Installation is a breeze - again very similar to other pull-out faucets with a center stem, but the fitment and design make this one easier to do right first time (little things like the weight being 2-parts so you can add/remove without disconnecting hoses and very flexible and high quality hot/cold hoses). This was definitely a great purchase.

This is a high quality, functional product. I have experience with a similar product from a different manufacturer and this is far superior. All of the parts that I needed were in the box and I did not have purchase any additional hoses and fittings as with the competing product. Unlike the competing product I had previously installed, the finish is flawless. This is a good value. After three years, the sprayer no longer switched between spray and jet. Even though that part was out of warranty, Vigo sent me another for free. That is excellent customer service. We also purchased a Vigo farmhouse sink. It is also a great value and can hold a ton of dishes!

so i purchased this faucet at overstock.com at a very good price. when it arrived, it looked beautiful, but i was initially concerned that the spray handle was made of plastic rather than metal, believing this to reduce its overall quality. i mentioned my initial reaction in a review and was immediately contacted by the manufacturer who explained to me that great thought went into the design to make the spray handle lighter and easier to use. but within a few days of installing the fixture, the water flow became diminished, and i then submitted a review renewing my concern about the spray handle. again i was immediately contacted by customer service who worked with me to identify the issue, and i was sent a new spray handle within a day. it was easy to replace, and now the faucet is my new best friend. i recommend this faucet and this company highly.

Just installed in my kitchen remodel. This is my second faucet, first being in prior house. My son has had 2 in 2 different houses. Install is fairly routine. Looks great and not overpowering. I believe a must is removing the reducer, to resolve pressure issues. There is not much savings between 1.8 gpm and 2.2 gpm unless you like to leave the water running continuously. Would recommend and would buy again.

We just had this installed in our new kitchen. We mounted it with the temperature gage facing forward instead of to the side. This has an easy to use pull out that extends further than other models we saw. So great my inlaws bought one after seeing ours!

I've had the pull down sprayer for about 3 years. The design & quality of the faucet is unparalleled to others in there price point. Recently the nozzle had a small issue due to wear and tear, so I reached out to Vigos support team. Once I explained the problem they promptly sent me the part to accommodate. I'm extremely pleased with their product but more impressed with the support. thanks

Very happy with the product, shipping packaging and instructions. Only suggestion is to make it easier to separate the spray head from the arm that it hooks to. It’s easy to pull it out but you can’t swivel the arm out of the way without the head going with it

Happy with the purchase. It is a beautiful faucet that is made well with quality materials. A feature I did not expect was the ability to "slide" between spray and stream, giving you a multitude of options, which is very cool. It will also keep the last setting you had it on, which I find convenient. Very pleased! Thanks.

My wife and I love the look and improvement it has made updating our kitchen. It was an easy install when installing it onto the sink before we installed the sink. The only issue I had was that when positioning the weight on the black hose that hangs down I had installed it to close to where the hose loops at the bottom and caused the hose to kink and almost stop the water from flowing! Thought I had a defective product but it was only me! I moved the weight up a couple inches and no problems!
