I bought this faucet from Costco online. I received it very quickly. I absolutely love it. It is beautiful, great quality and came packaged as if I had spent millions on it. Would highly recommend this product. The only issue I had was one of the metal hoses leaks and I had to purchase a new one.

I purchased this faucet and it looks amazing in our kitchen. Very high end, and I love the way it functions. The sprayer began acting up after about a month of use, and no questions asked, VIGO sent a new head to us within days. It works better than the first time around now! That lifetime warranty can't be beat, and we will be purchasing from VIGO again in the future for sure!

This is a strong product at this price point, I would have liked to purchase a motion sensor model but for a property that will be a rental this product does the job. The matte black finish and the great design made for a relatively easy install and quick clean up.

I installed this myself. You have to have some basic plumbing knowledge to do this as well as the right tools and ability to work in a tight space (under counter and sink). Took me over 2 hours. If you're not that handy, have a professional install it. Also, the instructions are not very good.

We just had this faucet installed and it is like a piece of jewelry in my kitchen. I went with a gold finish and it is very beautiful. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far I am loving it! It also is very functional as it easily converts to a sprayer and pulls off to use it wherever you need to spray in your sink.

I bought this over a month ago to replace an old leaking faucet and couldn't be happier! I wanted something that would not only look good but also be reliable. This fits the bill - its modern, beautiful and works extremely well. I love the spray feature too. Water pressure is great. Looks just like the more expensive ones out there - plumber who installed it thought we paid a lot more for it. The stainless steel does not show finger or water marks - a plus. Delivery was very fast.

I believe this is the best quality and value for the price of any kitchen faucet I have installed (and I've installed many over the decades). This faucet is equal to or superior to faucets I have used that cost twice as much, and the design if fantastic. Takes a little getting used to if you are accustomed to Moen, Delta, Kohler, but then you would not want to go back to those. Installation is a breeze - again very similar to other pull-out faucets with a center stem, but the fitment and design make this one easier to do right first time (little things like the weight being 2-parts so you can add/remove without disconnecting hoses and very flexible and high quality hot/cold hoses). This was definitely a great purchase.

What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

I had similar problems that were reported regarding the water pressure. It clearly wasn’t the water supply, and the filters on the sprayer were clear. What I found was that the counterweight under the sink through which the hose his run, was placed on the hose in such a way that it kinked the hose, preventing full water flow. I’d suggest to anyone having this problem, to adjust the location of the weight such that when the sprayer is not extended, that the weight does not kick the hose. Hope this helps.

The faucet was installed today and I couldn't be happier. It fits in nicely with my modern kitchen and looks great. Has all the functions I wanted at my finger tips. In addition, I am very happy that I only had to put one hole in my granite to install instead of 3 or 4.
