At this time I cannot comment on the functionality of this faucet (reason why the 4 star rating) because it hasn't been hooked up to my plumbing. However the counter guys that installed it remarked how nice it was and thought it was more expensive when I told them what I paid. I think it looks terrific and can't wait to use it!

I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!

I was hesitant about getting such a different faucet, but had just remodeled my entire kitchen and decided why not !? It's a sleek and stylish faucet which I am extremely satisfied with it. The flexibility of the hose makes cleaning the sink or filling a pot a breeze. Just a note on the soap dispenser, after filling for the first time and priming the pump, keep pumping. I thought at first something may have been wrong but it eventually primed and no issues since.

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint

i just installed my new faucet (with the help of my trusty brother who is NOT a plumber but who is mighty handy), and it installed pretty easily. it hooked up without any leaks right out of the box, and it looks like it's going to make a great addition to our home.

I like this faucet so much that I have two. The flexible neck is more reliable than any pull out I have ever used. I am a plumber by trade and have worked with many different types and configurations. It is is simple to set up and a joy to use. The lifetime warranty has been tested and they are better than I ever expected.

This is truly an amazing faucet. I was blown away by the faucet when it arrived. You can tell from the packaging and the quality of the faucet it is above the norm. Easy to install yourself… took less then 20 min. No detail was spared, including the materials used to seal the faucet to your counter. No need to be a pro to do this project. Then the water flow was over the top. You can feel the difference in the solid stainless steel. Would highly recommend

I had bought a stainless steel sink and a pull out faucet, that I grew to detest.. I looked on line for a faucet, that met everything that I wanted, and found a site that featured the Vigo-Edison Pull-Down kitchen faucet. I reviewed all the features it offered and I decided to purchase the faucet on line. I had the faucet installed and even the plumber thought it was such a great faucet, that he wants to purchase one, also! I installed the faucet with the water handle in front and explain why in the caption to my picture. Tell anyone, who wants to know, that I am a satisfied customer and that I am enjoying my Vigo faucet.

Very happy with the initial quality and looks of this faucet. It has that industrial feel that goes exceptionally well with a concrete countertop! Installation was very staight forward, as is the operation. I would recommend this faucet if you like the looks.

This is the third of my houses in which I've installed a Vigo Edison faucet. They keep getting more expensive, but that's OK; they're still a really good value. The faucets are of very high quality, packaged beautifully, and have proven to be very reliable through the years of use I've put them through. I will continue to buy these faucets as the need arises, and highly recommend them.
