I love everything about the faucet, except for the low pressure. We have good water pressure at the house and the older faucet we replaced with the Vigo faucet, allowed the good pressure to be utilized. Vigo needs to do something about the lack of pressure when the faucet is used.

I purchased this product and after using it for about a year, I experienced what seemed to be a mechanical problem with the switch which didn't allow full water flow. I contacted the company and had a replacement sent to me within two days. Now, the faucet works flawlessly!

I purchased this product over a year ago when I was having my kitchen remodeled. My kitchen is small, but modern and required a functional and elegant faucet to complement the space. After comparing at least ten different faucets of different brands, I decided on this one, based on three reasons. First, it's size-appropriate for my space, not gargantuan-scaled like those meant for commercial kitchens. This one has the modern industrial aesthetic, but is "right-sized" for home use. Secondly, it offers all the functionality of the larger faucets, with the benefit of extending and removing the spray head from the cradle to reach the furthest corners of a farmhouse sink and avoiding overspray from a over-large, too-bouncy, commercial faucet. Thirdly, the price was extremely reasonable and competitive with the other faucets in its class and the quality is very good. About 9 months after the completion of my kitchen, the faucet head got stuck in one of the spray functions. The selector button just locked. After contacting customer service, and requesting to purchase a new one, they graciously sent me a new one, free of charge, to replace it. When I received it, only a minute was required to replace it. It's working as good, or better than new. Add great customer service to my review, too!

I spent hours looking at high end faucets and was not impressed by the parts to install (all cheap plastic). This faucet hit my feed and I then found the reviews. I rarely put reviews up due to feeling they are company driven. I am just a customer and so Impressed by this product. The graphite black is gorgeous, the construction solid and installation a breeze! It is great to know that we can still buy quality and good pricing for anything anymore! My well out of warranty spray nozzle got stuck in shower mode, I'm sure because I live in a place known for very hard water (San Diego). I emailed tech support late in the afternoon, they responded first thing in the morning. They provided a number to call to get a replacement head, the phone was answered within 30 seconds at the longest. They processed an order for a new head in less than 5 minutes, the cost was only 25 dollars. This works for me! My only suggestion is: Please put your logo or brand more prominently on the product. It took my a while to figure out who to contact. I found my brand by Googling similar faucets and wading through 100s of photos. One thing I did learn, people that buy other brands way overpay. Up to 5x what mine cost!

We purchased this faucet last month. So far, we've been very pleased with both the construction of the faucet and the look and feel. It feels incredibly solid and sturdy, but is definitely still sleek and stylish. It's modern, clean and the quality is remarkable. Being so new, it feels like the arm to pivot the faucet left or right needs a break-in period, so that it stays put where we want it to swing. We've also had to get used to the faucet being lower than our last faucet, but those aren't really complaints--just general observations. That being said, it's a fantastic faucet and we couldn't be happier.

We bought this in matt black colour and it just looks stunning. It works wonderfully, although we have one minor complaint: this tap doesn't seem to deliver super strong pressure and the spray can feel a bit weak when you're really trying to spray something down, but it hasn't really been a big deal and we're happy with the product nonetheless.

Did loads of comparison shopping locally, and the VIGO was built like the $500-$1000+ faucets, but priced in our budget. So many of the hardware stores have faucets that are comparably priced, but have plastic soap dispensers and cheap parts. Install was easy (it is never fun to lay on your back under an existing sink to remove an old faucet and install a new one, but nothing was complicated or unexpected). The water flow is wonderful; on normal it appears like less but is not as aerated as our previous faucet, so I don't have to use it as long. The spray is very powerful, much more so than our previous faucet, so much so that it splatters little droplets of water everywhere if you are not paying attention. We love it and expect it last quite a long time! Take your time to search online, we found it for $30 less with free shipping compared to everywhere else by looking at VIGO's website and who sells their products.

I installed this myself. You have to have some basic plumbing knowledge to do this as well as the right tools and ability to work in a tight space (under counter and sink). Took me over 2 hours. If you're not that handy, have a professional install it. Also, the instructions are not very good.

Just got my first house and wanted something that was different than the other faucets to replace my outdated one. Just installed it the other week and this thing is badass and functions great. i dont see why it shouldnt last for years, its built pretty good. def would recommend
