This faucet was installed in a new kitchen and is both beautiful and very useful. The spray feature - a button on the side of the faucet head - is easy to access when washing/rinsing items in the sink. It is somewhat lightweight, but the price, functionality and graceful attractiveness are the outstanding qualities.

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

I bought this faucet in January and installed it in March after redoing my counter top. Love the looks, the only problem I have is the spray function, as in some of the reviews I read before I purchased it, I have to hold the button on the faucet head to have it spray, it will not lock into the spray function. Other than that I love the faucet.

The faucet was installed today and I couldn't be happier. It fits in nicely with my modern kitchen and looks great. Has all the functions I wanted at my finger tips. In addition, I am very happy that I only had to put one hole in my granite to install instead of 3 or 4.

I bought this faucet and after a couple of months we started to have issues with the spout. The button to switch from stream to spray was not working very well. I contacted Vigo regarding the issue. Vigo was great in addressing the issue and shipped out a replacement spout immediately. This was a great example of a company taking care of its customers. I was very happy with the service and how quickly they took care of my concerns. The faucet looks great too!

RRU happy with this faucet. Easy install, solid construction, and was just the look that we were looking for. Really like that it comes with the matching soap dispenser, that also makes refilling dish soap really easy. Installed myself in approx 30 minutes. Have been using it for 5 months now and am very happy. 5 out of 5 stars.

Bought this sink and faucet combo for our kitchen remodel and are so happy we did! Sink and faucet are really high quality and look great in our kitchen. The faucet is awesome and has a long extension to get into all the corners. Would highly recommend the sink and faucet and it even came with a really nice grid, soap dispenser and cutting board as a bonus.

We have had this faucet for 8 years - it has worked flawlessly! Recently the button that toggles between a steady stream and a spray stream was not working properly. I took it apart and noticed one little part that looked like it needed to be replaced. I reached out to Vigo customer service, who promptly responded, and simply shipped me a brand new spray head. I received it in a few days, replaced it, and we are back in biz. I won't buy another brand of faucet (not that I'll ever need one!), not only because of the gorgeous design, but because Vigo stands behind their products 100% - such a rarity these days. So refreshing. Buy with complete confidence!

I love this design and the finish of the product is excellent, love the color. It go with my kitchen so well. The top features are the pull down hose that swivels and rotate as well as the push button different water streams. Very sheik and modern faucet for the price!

Very happy with the initial quality and looks of this faucet. It has that industrial feel that goes exceptionally well with a concrete countertop! Installation was very staight forward, as is the operation. I would recommend this faucet if you like the looks.
