I purchased this faucet in 2012 and recently the spray nozzle button wouldn't stay engaged. I visited the VIGO customer service 'LiveChat' and left a message regarding my problem. The following morning I had a response and after a few more emails my replacement faucet was in the mail and at no charge. Within a few days of contacting VIGO I had installed my new faucet and it's working beautifully. I couldn't be happier :-)

The person I bought this home from purchased this faucet when he remodeled. The Faucet is beautiful and is a decorating feature of the kitchen which is open to the rest of the house. I had trouble with the sprayer switch. Customer support stood behind the product. this is the kind of company you want to do business with!

10/28/15 I purchased this faucet a week ago... From Home Depot Recently Installed it .. Very impressed with the quality...the materials used are of the highest standard...Much more pressure than my previous faucet....very smooth operation. The installation went well...excellent fit....no leaks.... Extremely satisfied with this product ... Exceeded my expectations... Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Bravo... I love this faucet, but even better was the super quick responsive service from Christian when I had a "flow" problem. So very helpful! I've been in construction for 35+ years and have never had such a quick and helpful response. I would highly recommend Vigo!

I have had my Vigo faucet for 2 years now and am very happy with the product, just recently the mixer button(changes the flow from a spray to a stream) would no longer function (stuck in the spray position). I contacted customer service about the issue and very quick recieved a response! I was told I would be getting a new head unit for free!! Thank you Christian & Vigo for your awesome customer service!!

Had purchased another type of faucet. However, once I went to my brother's newly remodeled home, I was so impressed by the coolness of this amazing looking faucet. I returned mine to the store and purchased the Vigo Stainless Steel and I am just loving it!!!

I love this design and the finish of the product is excellent, love the color. It go with my kitchen so well. The top features are the pull down hose that swivels and rotate as well as the push button different water streams. Very sheik and modern faucet for the price!

This faucet came with our home and it looks great and works well with the deep Vigo sink that we also have. We have been in the house a year and have no complaints about it still looks and work like the day we moved in. I rated the install but did not really do the work just could not submit without putting something there.

I just installed my new kitchen faucet and the faucet looks and works great. However, when I saw that you included a roll of Teflon tape in the box I was amazed. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen that. It’s almost like someone in your company has actually installed a faucet. It seriously saved me at least half an hour of hunting for any of the many rolls of Teflon tape that hide in my garage. It’s a small thing but I wanted you to know it was appreciated. I had never heard of your company before but I’m a big fan now.

This is truly an amazing faucet. I was blown away by the faucet when it arrived. You can tell from the packaging and the quality of the faucet it is above the norm. Easy to install yourself… took less then 20 min. No detail was spared, including the materials used to seal the faucet to your counter. No need to be a pro to do this project. Then the water flow was over the top. You can feel the difference in the solid stainless steel. Would highly recommend
