My wife and I love the look and improvement it has made updating our kitchen. It was an easy install when installing it onto the sink before we installed the sink. The only issue I had was that when positioning the weight on the black hose that hangs down I had installed it to close to where the hose loops at the bottom and caused the hose to kink and almost stop the water from flowing! Thought I had a defective product but it was only me! I moved the weight up a couple inches and no problems!

I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!

We were looking specifically for a matte black finish on a kitchen faucet and had recently seen this particular style on a TV show recently. We are so happy that we bought this faucet - it is a showstopper and it has great features such as a spray and 360 degree turning radius.

Purchased this faucet to replace a dated and worn out MOEN "yester-year" faucet and could not possibly be happier. This faucet was easy to install with great instructions and it looks amazing! Really added a much needed breath of fresh air into my tired kitchen. Kitchen now has a completely different feel - thank you SO much!!!

I was hesitant about getting such a different faucet, but had just remodeled my entire kitchen and decided why not !? It's a sleek and stylish faucet which I am extremely satisfied with it. The flexibility of the hose makes cleaning the sink or filling a pot a breeze. Just a note on the soap dispenser, after filling for the first time and priming the pump, keep pumping. I thought at first something may have been wrong but it eventually primed and no issues since.

I spent hours looking at high end faucets and was not impressed by the parts to install (all cheap plastic). This faucet hit my feed and I then found the reviews. I rarely put reviews up due to feeling they are company driven. I am just a customer and so Impressed by this product. The graphite black is gorgeous, the construction solid and installation a breeze! It is great to know that we can still buy quality and good pricing for anything anymore! I bought this faucet in January and installed it in March after redoing my counter top. Love the looks, the only problem I have is the spray function, as in some of the reviews I read before I purchased it, I have to hold the button on the faucet head to have it spray, it will not lock into the spray function. Other than that I love the faucet.

Very elegant design. Very sturdy construction. Very functional. I was a little concerned that due to the type of water we use (well water) that I might have to return the faucet if I wasn't able to partially disassemble the spray head to rinse out particulates and clean it periodically, but it is designed in such a way that makes this an extremely easy process. Bravo on a brilliant design!

We purchased this product just over a year ago... Recently the dual action became a single action... I wrote to the service department, they got back to me promptly... And, we have a new 'head' coming in the mail. We were outside the 1 year warranty, but... Only by 3 weeks, always happens, right. A year ago I did a whole house remodel before my wife and I moved into a rental property we own. I was very busy and my wife got involved and one of the many things she did was pick a new sink and faucet. I was unaware of the Vigo line and was a bit skeptical. Wow I was impressed with the design and quality. Likewise, the ease of installation and the features like the accompanying drain board. After a year of use we had a problem with the sprayer and I set about to repair it. I spoke with Joshua Cruze and told him witch parts I needed and he said he would ship them promptly which he did. Two days later I received a complete spray assembly under warranty. Again I was pleasantly surprised. I will be recommending your products to my customers as well as my friends. Thanks.
