Issues are: 1) The level for the handle came off and does not screw in all the way anymore. 2) The button to change the water flow stopped working. Hoping the lifetime warranty will be honored and those two components replaced. Other than that, great design and functionality.

I love this sink. The look is spectacular, the quality is great, and water pressure is sufficient. My only dislike is the button to switch faucet flows. After a month or so, the water would drop from opposing flows and basically mix and match the two settings. Still works great and looks great.

We bought the chrome finish pulldown faucet over 2 years ago. It was easy to install. It works great, close enough to commercial grade but sized for a residence, perfect for our new double sink. After 2 years, it looks as good as it did on the first. It seems to clean itself; nothing sticks to it, almost no smearing, no gross stuff at any joints, even at the sink mount. And it's pretty. Our kitchen gets heavy use with lots of people (we have a pool, 5 grown kids + 16 grandkids + their friends). When the sprayer button broke last week (faucet still worked but couldn't switch between spray or stream), customer service responded immediately, and sent a replacement quickly.

We have had this faucet for over 3 years and have enjoyed it very much. Recently the selector button on the nozzle broke off which made it impossible to select the different sprays. I contacted Vigo about the problem and even though it was out of the warranty they are sending a replacement nozzle at no charge. It rare to find this type of service anymore and it is much appreciated.

I received my faucet and right off was impressed with the pride shown by the company. The packaging and effort they took to deliver a quality product is impressive. It installed very easy and had everything included that I needed and it works beautifully.

I purchase this Faucet 4 months ago. Needed to contact VIgo to have a problem with the spray unit resolved . They were very helpful and are going to send me a new spray handle. Reading reviews seem that is a problem, I was concerned about the issue before my purchase the faucet . It is a very attractive !

My husband just put a new sink and faucet in this week and it is a stunning faucet. I love the matte black! This is the first VIGO faucet that we have ever purchased and it is a very high quality faucet and I am sure I will enjoy it for years to come.

I bought this faucet and after a couple of months we started to have issues with the spout. The button to switch from stream to spray was not working very well. I contacted Vigo regarding the issue. Vigo was great in addressing the issue and shipped out a replacement spout immediately. This was a great example of a company taking care of its customers. I was very happy with the service and how quickly they took care of my concerns. The faucet looks great too!

I recently moved into a house with this facet installed. I love the look, but the sprayer button was not working. I contacted Vigo customer service and they replaced the sprayer as a courtesy. I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness and service and now my faucet is perfect!

I never write review but that said, this product warranted a review and since a kitchen faucet is so important (at least to me it is given how much you use it) I thought i should give this one a review. I have always been a loyal Kohler customer when it came to faucets. They have this "berry spray" technology which I absolutely love. I like a light spray when doing dishes so I can reduce splatter. That said, most faucets turn back to stream if you put the pressure on low enough. Not this one. It stays on spray no matter how low you turn the pressure. It is a solid faucet with good parts at a GREAT PRICE. I think it rivals my fave Kohler berry spray faucet that is 3x the price. Don't hesitate to buy.
