We bought this faucet during our minor kitchen remodel and glad we did. Faucet works good and looks great. This also seems to be a well built unit and installs fairly easily. The one complaint on the install that you need be aware of is the hose for the water outlet can twist when tightening it. You'll need to hold the collar with a pair of pliers while tightening the fitting.

Installed it today and could not believe how easily it went in. Heavy. Solid. Looks industrial but with a touch of class. One thing of note: the handle will not contact your backsplashe despite what the online schematics seems to suggest. Handle goes forward, sinkside, not backwards, wallside. Good for sink counters in close quarters.

I've been waiting awhile for think to come in. I did tons of research and decided to go with Vigo. When I received it, they did not disappoint! Beautiful producut and works great. I'm remodeling my whole house and will be using Vigo in all the bathrooms! Great job Vigo!

I'm very pleased with the faucet overall. The installation went very well, the included hardware and water lines are of high quality. The instructions were helpful, especially the fact that they explicitly explain how to eliminate the flow limiter. The only problem I can find is with the button & mechanism that switches between the 'stream' and 'spray' modes. Sometimes the button will stick down. Also, even in the 'stream' mode, water drips slightly out of the spray nozzles. Not that big a deal, but enough to subtract a star from the overall rating. I like the flat black finish, but if it came in bronze I would have gotten that.

I wanted a faucet like this but after getting a feel for this style I was a little leery as the ones I had handled in various stores didn't feel just right. But this faucet was so pretty that I took a chance. I could not have picked something that tied together my new black leathered countertops and undermount stainless sink. Some of the others faucets were reversed colored. I really like the black cord with the stainless coil. This is my first single handled sink and once again I am very pleased with the ease of using it. It can be done with a single pinky finger, almost as good as hands free. We did have a bit of a problem with the instillation. The supply lines were too short, four inches short. We checked every option we could think of and apparently 3/8 and 3/8 ends are not standard. Nor could we find an adapter to go to 1/2" on one end. My husband ended up going under the house and pushing up the water pipes. Thankfully there was enough play in them to do that. That probably should lower my rating, but it's just so beautiful and I am thrilled with this faucet.

I bought my faucet more than a year ago and just love it. Recently the pressure became greatly reduced, so I called VIGO and spoke to a representative who thought it might be the cartridge. He gave me instructions how to remove it, which I found difficult to follow. I removed the sprayer and found the pressure was fine, but not with the sprayer on even after I make attempts to remove the lime deposits. I called again and spoke with Christopher Sylvestre. He was most helpful and was sorry I was having so many problems. He offered to send me a sprayer, no charge. I received and it works beautifully. Thank you Christopher!

Just installed it by myself for the first time installing a kitchen faucet. The only problem I have was to remove the old one. I have a hard time removing the big screw under the sink since there was not enough elbow space for my hand and tools. Once I had that old one removed, this new one, my awesome VIGO was just a breeze to install with the help of the instruction 16 pages manual. So very happy after I got it installed and excited when everything was working. Checkout under the sink for leaks and more excited when I don't have to use my hand to turn on/off the water...no touching! Just kinda wave your hand on the sensor and water just turn on by itself and wave again to turn off. Amazing! Happy customer here. Thank you VIGO!

Pretty straightforward install, except one thing. I needed longer supply hoses than the ones that were supplied with the faucet, and I found out that the connectors for the supply hoses on the faucet were not a standard type typical for kitchen faucets. The hardware store did have something I could use though. Also a little disappointed in the volume of water while using the sprayer function, there isn't the sharp spray pattern I was expecting.

We moved into a new condo with this faucet installed in the kitchen. Shortly after moving in, the water pressure coming out of the sprayer became weaker and weaker. I finally contacted Vigo, and within days they sent a replacement sprayer which fixed the problem, so A+ for customer service! Hopefully the first faulty sprayer was just a fluke!

The faucet was installed today and I couldn't be happier. It fits in nicely with my modern kitchen and looks great. Has all the functions I wanted at my finger tips. In addition, I am very happy that I only had to put one hole in my granite to install instead of 3 or 4.
