I just received our new faucet today and haven't installed it yet but it sure looks nice. I will say, however, that if the attached photo is an indicator of the company's attention to detail, I am a bit concerned. On the Register Your Product collateral, point #2 states "Quality for a Manufacturer's Rebate". I have no idea what this means. I think what it was meant to say is "Qualify for a Manufacturer's Rebate." Hopefully I'm not the first to catch this but if I am...I think we all have bigger problems to worry about.

We completely gutted our kitchen and went with the Vigo farmhouse sink and Edison pull-down spray with soap dispenser. Both items are well constructed and complimented our kitchen. We will definitely look at Vigo products first if we need to purchase something else in the furture.

They just replaced my sprayer head for FREE after my 3-year-old sprayer head became clogged and leaky. Not sure why the old one stopped working, although I suspect it may have to do with replacing our hot water heater and having a lot of debris in our system--but mostly I am grateful this is a company I can trust to stand behind its products. We love this faucet with our giant sink for everything from washing our babies to cleaning big roasting pans!

I bought this sink 1 1/2 years ago for my kitchen remodel. I used this faucet along with a deep square sink, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! sadly the faucet part wasn't working properly, I contacted their customer service and was contacted immediately by phone and email. Without question they remedied the problem. I got a replacement piece today! less than a week after emailing. I am so satisfied and impressed with this company! I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted a new kitchen faucet that was modern but understated, well-made, easy to use and affordable. Every recommendation online for "best" faucets had no mention of Vigo so I was leary. However, product reviews were glowing and numerous so I took the plunge and was rewarded by getting exactly what I wanted for 1/2 the cost (from Overstock). It's heavy and the only plastic part is a stabilizing holder that's mounted under the sink. Ships with a brass flow restrictor that is easily removable (from 1.8 to 2.2 gpm). Note: It comes with braided metal supply lines, a handsome black deck plate and is impressively packaged.I highly recommend this faucet

Did loads of comparison shopping locally, and the VIGO was built like the $500-$1000+ faucets, but priced in our budget. So many of the hardware stores have faucets that are comparably priced, but have plastic soap dispensers and cheap parts. Install was easy (it is never fun to lay on your back under an existing sink to remove an old faucet and install a new one, but nothing was complicated or unexpected). The water flow is wonderful; on normal it appears like less but is not as aerated as our previous faucet, so I don't have to use it as long. The spray is very powerful, much more so than our previous faucet, so much so that it splatters little droplets of water everywhere if you are not paying attention. We love it and expect it last quite a long time! Take your time to search online, we found it for $30 less with free shipping compared to everywhere else by looking at VIGO's website and who sells their products.

So far so good... haven't installed yet but happy with the way it looks. It's pretty heavy and sturdy. Four stars only because the spout is made up of plastic...a little cheap feeling compared to our old one. However it may have better control being lighter

Just installed in my kitchen remodel. This is my second faucet, first being in prior house. My son has had 2 in 2 different houses. Install is fairly routine. Looks great and not overpowering. I believe a must is removing the reducer, to resolve pressure issues. There is not much savings between 1.8 gpm and 2.2 gpm unless you like to leave the water running continuously. Would recommend and would buy again.

I have had my Vigo sink and faucet for a couple years and it is always a conversation piece - so beautiful and soooo functional. My cleaning lady was being extra clean and somehow managed to dissemble the sprayer in the process and a washer was lost making it leak. I finally got around to calling Vigo about buying parts and they are sending me a free sprayer!!!

I bought this faucet from a big box store retailer, and am 100% satisfied. It has a great look and came with great instructions and boxing was outstanding. I had a problem with the button not working a few months in, and they overnighted me an entirely new faucet nozzle! I WILL recommend AND purchase again! Thank you!
