We purchased our VIGO spray kitchen faucet to complement our Farmhouse kitchen sink and new granite countertop. It looks great and functions terrific! We had a professional plumber do the installation and he remarked the VIGO faucet set was very well designed and built.

The quality is excellent. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box and saw it was shadowboxed in custom-cut foam packaging. Holding the faucet it has a nice heft and a solid feel. The button to transition from spray to stream works great. It was also a pleasantly surprised to find the hot and cold supply lines were include.

I purchased this product over a year ago when I was having my kitchen remodeled. My kitchen is small, but modern and required a functional and elegant faucet to complement the space. After comparing at least ten different faucets of different brands, I decided on this one, based on three reasons. First, it's size-appropriate for my space, not gargantuan-scaled like those meant for commercial kitchens. This one has the modern industrial aesthetic, but is "right-sized" for home use. Secondly, it offers all the functionality of the larger faucets, with the benefit of extending and removing the spray head from the cradle to reach the furthest corners of a farmhouse sink and avoiding overspray from a over-large, too-bouncy, commercial faucet. Thirdly, the price was extremely reasonable and competitive with the other faucets in its class and the quality is very good. About 9 months after the completion of my kitchen, the faucet head got stuck in one of the spray functions. The selector button just locked. After contacting customer service, and requesting to purchase a new one, they graciously sent me a new one, free of charge, to replace it. When I received it, only a minute was required to replace it. It's working as good, or better than new. Add great customer service to my review, too!

For me, I must have good design along with sturdy, everyday practicality in the products I purchase for my home. This faucet was purchased for the secondary sink in the Laundry Room. Very practical for every day use with great design. Love the matte black with stainless look. Faucet was just installed a few weeks ago & has been receiving daily use. So far so good.

I purchased this faucet in 2012 and recently the spray nozzle button wouldn't stay engaged. I visited the VIGO customer service 'LiveChat' and left a message regarding my problem. The following morning I had a response and after a few more emails my replacement faucet was in the mail and at no charge. Within a few days of contacting VIGO I had installed my new faucet and it's working beautifully. I couldn't be happier :-)

My husband was easily able to install the gorgeous faucet in our kitchen. We were impressed with the clear instructions and the inclusion on the little things like plumbers tape!! This is a perfect faucet for a busy family! Love the modern look!

My wife was interested in a hands free kitchen tap for some time now. We finally decided to renovate our kitchen so now it was time to purchase that new set of taps. We had done some research and vigo Edison taps seemed like the best choice because of all the great reviews. Boy the reviews were right on point. This is by far the best kitchen tap we have ever purchased. We have built 4 new homes and had many different types. The hands free sensor is awesome. Very good sprayer and smooth operations. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I have had my Vigo sink and faucet for a couple years and it is always a conversation piece - so beautiful and soooo functional. My cleaning lady was being extra clean and somehow managed to dissemble the sprayer in the process and a washer was lost making it leak. I finally got around to calling Vigo about buying parts and they are sending me a free sprayer!!!

I absolutely love my new faucet. Like the others I did not realize that it does not have a spray feature when the "Features" list a Spiral pull down SPRAY head. It has great pressure compared to the one that the builder installed and a much more dramatic look to my island sink. I would suggest the manufacture change the wording to make sure people understand that it does not spray before they pay someone to come out to install.

I bought this last month and finally installed it. We have a deep sink so it was a little difficult to install because of the limited space behind the sink. Overall I love the look, the water pressure is fine, and everything worked properly after it was all set up. Some things I think Vigo should change are, make a longer hose cord. This would help people with deep sinks like mine. Also for the hose cord, it would be helpful to install a click-in system instead of a nut-screw-in system. It was very difficult to turn the nut tight because I had such a limited amount of space and the wrench handle wouldn’t fit. Also I wish the magnet on the hose / faucet part that gets pulled up was stronger. Sometimes we have to manually connect the hose to the holder.
