I absolutely love my new faucet. Like the others I did not realize that it does not have a spray feature when the "Features" list a Spiral pull down SPRAY head. It has great pressure compared to the one that the builder installed and a much more dramatic look to my island sink. I would suggest the manufacture change the wording to make sure people understand that it does not spray before they pay someone to come out to install.

10/28/15 I purchased this faucet a week ago... From Home Depot Recently Installed it .. Very impressed with the quality...the materials used are of the highest standard...Much more pressure than my previous faucet....very smooth operation. The installation went well...excellent fit....no leaks.... Extremely satisfied with this product ... Exceeded my expectations... Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Bravo... We have been looking to replace our old Hansgrohe faucet for a while now, and was excited to find this one. We opted for the stainless/matte black combo Edison faucet due to its looks, and we couldn’t be more happy with the design and finish. As a home repair professional, I have seen and installed many faucets in my day, and I can verify that this faucet is of very high quality; in both materials and finish. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciate the option of removing the flow restrictor, as we have water pressure issues at times. One of the nicest features is the ability to position the handle anywhere you choose. I will be recommending Vigo faucets to my clients who are looking for a “statement” faucet that is well built.

This is the third of my houses in which I've installed a Vigo Edison faucet. They keep getting more expensive, but that's OK; they're still a really good value. The faucets are of very high quality, packaged beautifully, and have proven to be very reliable through the years of use I've put them through. I will continue to buy these faucets as the need arises, and highly recommend them.

I never heard of this Brand before but from now on it is the only brand I will buy. I worked for the US Government for over 35 years monitoring many major manufacturing facilities. I have never seen a product packaged better than this Faucet. Thank you for taking pride in your product.

I bought this new faucet last week. It was delivered yesterday and the plumber installed it today. I turned it on and it works just like I want it to work It looks good and I'm expecting that I will be very happy with my new faucet. I had a problem finding out how to tighten the handle, but I called VIGO and an expert explained that I need to unscrew the handle to find the screw that tightens the handle. I'm very happy with VIGO customer service because they were able to answer my question qjui9ckly

We renovated a kitchen five years ago and loved the Vigo faucet we installed. When we moved and renovated another kitchen, the first thing I purchased was another Vigo faucet. I love the way it looks and excellent form and function. Highly recommend Vigo!!

I could not be more delighted with this superb pull-down spray kitchen faucet. While the design may be considered contemporary it has a great antique look in my built in 1867 house. I also purchased the matching deck plate and soap dispenser. An awesome look at an awesome great price!

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint
