For some reason the top half of these are not super crisp like I prefer. Good but I waste half Getting to the crisp part that I prefer.

The heart of the Romain lettuce is very crunchy and not lettuce enough. It depends on what you prefer.

I pull out one "head" at a time, rest keeps well refrigerated in original bag, wash when time to use. easy, tasty

Great lettuce, short shelf life. I'm wishing these were much fresher. They are stocked already being 10-14 days after harvest.
