Member's Mark Light Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella String Cheese is a very satisfying string cheese. It peels into perfect strings for those who like to play while they eat (like my son). It’s got a great firm texture, for those too impatient to string it apart (like me). The flavor is full and mildly salty, with just a tiny touch of creaminess. It’s a great healthy snack or lunch box add-in. Because it’s low-moisture, I can throw one in my purse and have it mid-morning without worrying about refrigerating it.
