As Light Cheese goes, Member's Mark is right there on the top choices. The kids love how easily it peels, wife was delighted to see it was just 1 WW point, and we all enjoy the flavor and texture. A very easy and simple snack, perfect for school lunch bag and on-the-go. Just make sure to keep it cool!

Sam's club replaced sargento's string cheese with this stuff. The taste is bitter, the texture is like chewing on a piece of plastic and overall I have to question why they even bothered to create this. I will never buy this again. Bring back sargento's.

I have bought these for the last few years. All of a sudden they started having a rancid taste & were wet. Please do not buy these! The FDA inspectors need to go check out the facility where these are made. Some part of the process is failing. I expect a recall to be issued in the near future.

My husband eats anything and he wouldn't even finish one!!! It was slimy and had liquid left in the packaging when you take it out, it smelled sour, and tasted horrible. I never write reviews for anything so for me to express my huge disappointment in the quality it really was that bad. I literally threw the whole package in the trash it was that bad! I purchased the Sargento string cheese every week - please bring it back!!!!

My daughter loves the cheese strings I buy from another store, so I thought I would buy the same kind from Sam’s Club to save a little money and get a bigger pack. But for some reason my daughter will NOT eat these cheese strings! She says they taste different. I don’t know what to say.

I loved these until the start of 2021. They used to be what one expects when eating a low calorie item. A dry cheese that does 'string' while pulled, but tended to be hard to get uniform pulls. Now, I feel, that these act almost identical to how a full fat string cheese pulls. It is now a moister cheese - to the point of feeling damp when pulled from the individual package. I am afraid to eat these for fear they are the full fat full calorie product. Yes it is a miniscule amount of calories, but for someone who has had weight issues my entire life, I must stay vigilant. It's a shame because light string cheese is a go-to godsend for dieters. My household will still buy and eat these, but I won't personally. I have bought 3 of these packs since the start of 2021 and all have had this 'new' quality. Six months into 2021 I am still not finding any change to product.

I have been purchasing the Sargento light string cheese from Sams for quite a while. I loved them because they are a great low calorie cheese snack. Recently, I went to the club to purchase the Sargento brand and saw that Members Mark had replaced it. I use a lot of Members Mark products and have not had any issues. However, this one I do. The cheese is no where near as good as the Sangento Brand. Please bring back the name brand.

Not only do these taste better than other brands I've had, but some other brands when I tear them to seperate the sticks they end up opening another cheese stick, but these don't. Not really sure how to explain that, but the point is the packaging is better on these than other brands.

Sam’s doesn’t carry the Sargento mozzarella cheese sticks anymore, they have these instead. These are not good. Texture is too soft, taste is overpowering and odd, and they are a bit chalky. I can’t keep enough of the Sargento mozz sticks on hand, but these don’t get eaten. I tried one to see what the fuss was about and I had to spit it out. They are just gross.

I love cheese sticks, and happened to see these on my last visit to Sam's. I knew they would be good, and they sure are. I love to dip them into champagne mustard, or just eat them plain. They do taste better at room temp, not straight out of the fridge.
