Are they acceptable? Yes. Are they delicious? Meh. They lack the moisture, and - cheesiness? - of the popular brand. They’re not as bad as gas-station brands - but pretty bland. Are they as good as Frigo? No. Bring it back.

I am shocked is light string cheese. The texture is amazing compared to other light cheeses I have tried. It is not slimy like other low fat cheese. By taste it is hard to believe this is not regular string cheese. Will definitely get it again.

It's not the best string cheese I've ever had, but it does the job. I've enjoyed it up until this recent purchase, there was blue-green mold on the send (and these are not expired). That's pretty gross- it's definitely noticeable. How did this get past a quality check??

This is so gross. It tasted like it had been out at room temp for days, hidden from employees and then found and put back into the refrigerator case. The dogs are enjoying eating this as we will not eat this brand or purchase it in the future. Terrible product.
