This set is perfect. I have quite a few Williams Sonoma dinner plates and bowls, and these are actually quite similar to the Williams Sonoma set. I have been using these for a couple of weeks now, and they seem sturdy and well made. I don't know yet how they will hold up over time, but so far they are as advertised. The quality is actually better than I expected and the price is excellent. I think if you need a set to start out in a new place, or to add to your everyday dishes, this Maker's Mark set is a very cost effective option.

These are plain and simple, just as I wanted. I like them but haven't had them very long yet. We are used to using paper plates / disposables. So, we are starting over after several years. My only concern is that they are each heavier than I would have wanted. But it is okay.

Some plates in set had fine defects in finish that felt rough to hand and food would stain with repeated use.

Great value for a very clean and good looking set of dishes. Just the plates you need without the tea cups and saucers that we never use.

WOW... Great value! Simple design and practical for everyday use. Best thing?... No wasting money on a bunch of coffee cups that are hardly used!

One of the plates arrived chipped. These heavy porcelain pieces obviously chip easily. You get what you pay for.

Nice, but a bowl came chipped/damaged which happens but difficult to pack everything back up and try to return

Great value for the price! One bowl has already chipped so I would be careful. Def would purchase again. Finally a set with pasta bowls…and no mugs!

Very nice set. Only problem is when i was opening the individual boxes and loading them in the dishwasher I noticed they're very dirty. Like old foid and oil stuck on it. Seems like I bought a return and not a brand new set

Not the best you could buy, but actually very nice and a great value. We bought two sets to have plenty for large groups and to allow for breakage in the future. Has just the pieces we use, but would be nice to have serving pieces available.
