I have had these for a few months and all of the plates and bowls are chip free and look brand new. The only thing I do not like about the plates and bowls is that it says "Member's Mark" on the backside of them. It would be better if they left the brand name off of the plates. I would not have purchased them if I had known this.

I absolutely LOVE these dishes. They are beautiful and very functional. They can be dressed up or down depending on the need. They are sturdy and well made. They hold up great in the dishwasher and are the perfect size. Don't listen to the negative comments. If you have a problem, pack them back up and return them for another box. Be proactive and make it right. And be thankful that we get the opportunity to have such nice stuff at such a great price. Thank you very much.

These are amazing. I loved this so much I also bought the 16-piece set so that I would have 12 complete place settings. No issues with chipping, fragility, being too heavy, not stacking well, or being excessively hot in the microwave as compared to my previous dinnerware. Highly recommend, so affordable! Both bowl sizes are portion-appropriate. And this dinnerware is of a white color, not gray and is not supposed to be bright fluorescent white. There you go, just trying to address all the negatives mentioned by some :)

I wanted to love these plates when I was initially opening them but then as I got through the unboxing process I noticed two plates with serious quality issues. One had chipped/scratches on the edges (pretty extensive scratching) And another had an indent in the middle of the plate. I would love to chat with Sam’s about this to quickly resolve

The top things I was looking for was that the dishes didn't leave scratch marks, the were a nice size and white. I have used them daily for about 3 weeks and they have surpassed my expectations. My old dishes would get so hot in the microwave that I had to use a hot pad, these get warm as expected. For this price it is a must buy. We are a family of 3 and it is the perfect amount of place settings to fill up the dishwasher before we run out of clean dishes. The larger curved dinner plate is perfect for salads because of the shape. I have yet to find anything I don't like about these.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this set! I cannot believe it is under $40! It has a really nice weight to it, it doesn’t feel like it is going to chip right away. They packaged it really well, so it came without any issues. Each set was individually wrapped. They don’t get those gray scratch marks on them. I am very happy with this set and would recommend them to anyone!
