The trash bag was sturdy and held the contents well. The trash bag had a lavender scent to it, but honestly our trashbag doesn't sit in our trashcan long enough to need the added scent. It's a good bag, but I wouldn't pay any extra for it as I don't feel it is really needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with the durability of the Glad ForceFlex kitchen bags. At first when taking one out of the box, I felt it was a bit thinner than traditional kitchen bags, however, these are definitely stronger. They can withstand a lot of heavier trash and have some "give" to the material if pushing in something that might stress the bag. I wasn't sure about using a bag that had a scent to it, but it does take away that sour smell that develops after a day or two. The scent is clean and not overpowering at all. It would be good to know if they actually do use less plastic in the manufacturing process, but either way, I think these bags do a fantastic job of holding more trash than usual.

I have been a using them for a week and I have tried to stuff them full, not a tear, rip or drips. There is no odor from my kitchen garbage can which is a great added feature, which means I don't have to take out half full garbage bags to the garbage cans and waste money in the process. Thank you Glad for taking the time and the technology to produce a garbage bag that last long enough to be filled and not stink up my kitchen.

Second I seem to overfill and These bags can take the abuse I give them. Third they have a great Febreeze smell so they are odor guard. Fourth they hold up when its time to change them. The drawstring is heavy duty and doesn't rip off the bag. This bag does the job of dirty work easy.

I really like them because they have a gentle, fresh scent, and we can really kinda pack the bag and I've never had the bag tear on me yet, and haven't had any leaks of any kind. They fit our kitchen garbage call well too, and you can wrap the top of the bag around the can, and tie it around if need be, to keep it in place. Just a great bag at a reasonable price. We'll keep using them.

After trying Glad Forceflexplus Gain Lavender Drawstring 13 Gallon Kitchen Trash Bag, I will never treat trash bags equally. You’d think that any trash bag would work for the kitchen but that is extremely false. I was a little skeptical at first because the bag didn’t feel significantly thicker than the ones I already use, however, the texture of the bag really allows for no tearing.

We have been over loading these bags cleaning out the house and they are so strong and can withstand what we put in them. You can actually see the bag stretch as you put more and more into it. And the drawstrings make it easy to take it to your trash bin. Compared to all the other bags this is definitely Superior.
