I purchased the Mega Pack Mediterranean Lavender Tall Kitchen (13 gallon) drawstring bags. Unfortunately, the manufacturing of this particular batch has a defect. One of the two drawstring loops, immediately pulls away from the bag. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. This is the first time that a GLAD product has failed to meet my expectations and now i'm stuck with the Mega pack of 80 bags. The box states that it was manufactured for the Glad Products company, 1221 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612. Consumers should not buy the GLAD Mega Pack (80 count) Mediterranean Lavender Tall Drawstring Kitchen Bags until this problem is resolved.

The scent lasted while it was in the barrel and made our outdoor barrel smell fresh. With our current trash bags when pulled from the barrel they seem to stretch a bit and the Glad one did not. I was very pleased with quality.

Other than that, the bags work great, the give in the flexibility is great. The add of the drawstring with the stretchable flexibility makes the trash bags that much desired. There always seems to be something that ends up in the trash that smells and this trash bag helped to combat that odor. These bags are very strong and did not rip or tear, and they have 2 layers of protection to protect against leaks and weaknesses that most trash bags have. I highly recommend these trash bags if you want your kitchen to keep smelling great and if you want the convenience of never having another weak trash bag to clean up after. Not only does it have a great scent which actually lasts, the bags are strong and won’t rip! I also like the design on the bag so people can’t see what’s in your garbage unlike a lot of other kitchen bags I’ve used which are thin and almost see through.
