The cutting edge has fallen off the last 4 boxes I purchased. This happened the first time I tried to use it. Get it fixed.

I've been buying for years It is much better than the regular cling wrap which is hard to work with.

Can't get it off the roll. I have to remove the roll from it's box, and manually PULL it hard, and then cut it. What happened to PRESS'NSEAL? It's too hard to use.

We have used Glad Press & Seal for years and years in our family. It is a great product that helps in our kitchen. I would use it more than I do if it were easier to pull out and tear off ... but the dispenser box's cutting edge just does NOT work well. I often wreck the piece I'm trying to tear off because it rips wrong. I end up having to get scissors out to cut the piece I need. All in all, I would rate this product a '5' if it had a better dispenser box with a cutting edge that made it easy to tear off the size piece you need.

Using what they call Griptex technology the gripping action is activated when you apply pressure, giving you a tight seal. I like this wrap because i think its better then the average wrap. You can use it on just about anything and it actually does keep your food fresh longer. It creates a leakproof and airtight seal locking in freshness. The wrap is also microwave safe and BPA free. I have always used glad products as it is a trusted brand and they know there products. I will definitely continue to use this brand. I would certainly recommend the brand and its products. Give it a try for yourself next time you need to keep your food fresh they dont disappoint.

This has become my new kitchen favorite. Just pop a but on top of a jar or tin and it holds so good! No leaking and and keeps things fresh!

I showed them how I used it and told them how much I loved how it clung tightly to the container I was using it on. They marveled in the fact that even liquids didn't come out! They went home with several boxes of it in their suitcases. This product is a great time saver. It's strong and it holds really well. To me, it is the best Glad product I have ever used!

I have been using using your product for years. Recently I noticed that the quality of the packaging has declined. I have not written a review previously because I thought they were one-off issues but now I do not. The packaging is poorly designed. The plastic knobs on the ends tend to fall off. The cutting edge does not cut properly and tends to fall off. I would appreciate a refund on my recent purchase. Unfortunately, I would have liked to have other purchases refunded but did not write any reviews previously.
