Nothing against the product. We eaten them before and enjoyed them. However, we had them shipped to us to the container was busted open due to inadequate packing and potatoes spilled out into shipping box, so we threw them away.

Great product, easy to prepare, use in any recipe that calls for shredded potatoes. Great taste and one box goes a long way. No waste like unused fresh potatoes.

These are handy to have on hand. Ive used them to make breakfast hashbrowns, funeral potatoes, my version of Hamburger Helpers Cheesy Hashbrowns and Beef, as well as potato pancakes (latkes). I often rehydrate them the night before so theyre ready to go.

Easy to prepare and taste great! Make a great addition to any meal and easy to scale up or down, from an individual to groups. Also reheat very well. Just follow the directions. I suggest you sautee some onions and blend in during the last flip in the pan
