I am stocking up on a pantry staple for emergencies and these are the perfect item. They are easy to prepare and very reasonably priced so easy to buy a couple of extras to have on hand. They can be used as hashbrown but also can be part of funeral potato casserole or another favorite dish.

I haven't used these in a while but wanted to have a supply on hand for the winter. I've used these in the past for camping and for traveling to our time share to make funeral potatoes with them. They worked just fine for that. It's handy to have these in the pantry for those times when I want to make hash browns but realize my potatoes are all bad or I'm out.

I read the review on these hash browns and gave them a try. They are great! A quick side dish for any meal. I just soak in hot water for 10 minutes, drain, add sautéed onions and cook them in a skillet. They are crispy and wonderful. They’ve got a long shelf life and are as good as any hash browns I’ve had at restaurants. I will definitely keep buying these!

I just wish they would sell them in the store again.
