I love the little cartons %26 the ease to rehydrate the spuds with hot water in just 12 minutes. They cook up exactly like frozen hashbrowns only in a lot less time. They are much easier to store. And shipping is a breeze. Never any damage and then easy to place the cartons in my basement food storage room. I grew up on large Idaho potato farms, working during school "Spud Harvest vacation" on a potato bulker and then driving big potato trucks. I love supporting farmers and eating true Idaho Spuds! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying other brands of hash brown style potatoes, we have settled on this due to ease of prep, taste and texture. also, the potatoes brown nicely - with drying like many of the frozen variety, and does not get too mushy which sometime occurs starting with whole potatoes. I initially bought these for camping, but now use these on the daily at home.

Easy to store %26 use! Hard to find this product. Ordered from Walmart %26 it took forever to arrive, at least a week longer than expected. Please stock this item in stores everywhere.

I love these little boxes of hashbrowns. I've used the giant boxes for years, however, they stay much fresher on the shelf. They're great for your morning, hashbrowns, or to put in soups, or anything that calls for potatoes. One day I'll figure out the waffle House recipe using them.

These are a terrific pantry staple! Very quick to prepare for frying and my husband loves them.
