NO FREEZER STORAGE QUICK PREPARATION

I love the little cartons %26 the ease to rehydrate the spuds with hot water in just 12 minutes. They cook up exactly like frozen hashbrowns only in a lot less time. They are much easier to store. And shipping is a breeze. Never any damage and then easy to place the cartons in my basement food storage room. I grew up on large Idaho potato farms, working during school "Spud Harvest vacation" on a potato bulker and then driving big potato trucks. I love supporting farmers and eating true Idaho Spuds! GREAT PRODUCT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying other brands of hash brown style potatoes, we have settled on this due to ease of prep, taste and texture. also, the potatoes brown nicely - with drying like many of the frozen variety, and does not get too mushy which sometime occurs starting with whole potatoes. I initially bought these for camping, but now use these on the daily at home.
