does a good job of cleaning, pretty heavy, needs a handle in front for easier lifting, and a PITA to clean out afterwords, but i would buy again all-in-all

After our Hoover bit the dust, we decided to give the Bissell a try after seeing online video reviews. It does the job. Very easy to work with also. It is amazing what it will get off of the carpet that you think is fairly clean.

Love this true heated cleaner. Does a good job cleaning my carpets and hardwood floors, and the ease of cleaning it out when finished is a plus. Accessories tools storage on the cleaner is a nice when storing away.
