I've only used this once. It did an excellent job. Carpet was clean and not too wet. The water in the tank was filthy!

This is a great machine: cleans well and is easy to maneuver and store.and excellent. Am very happy with purchase and can highly recommend it.

It does such a good job when I got a divorce and my wife took the one we had,The first thing I did was go buy another one I Donely clean the carpets good but it really helps to keep the animal hair picked up
