I'm liking this thing. It is simple to assemble and operate. Does a pretty good job of cleaning and came with several small bottles of cleaning product. I was literally cleaning my carpet about 15 minutes after opening the box. One thing it won't do is get really set stains. In its defense I couldn't get them either with pro strength spot cleaner and a lot of elbow grease. Has a great hose attachment for getting to hard to reach areas and/or thoroughly cleaning a pet or other smaller stain as opposed to full scale carpeting.

It cleans OK but the dirty water container needs to be emptied very frequently (more often than the clean water is filled), which is annoying. I don't believe this is a defect since the "Full" line is very low on the the dirty water container. It's also very loud.

This surpassed my expectations! We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 kids and my carpet is constantly dirty, spilled on, etc. it wasn't visibly stained but it even smelled dirty. The carpet looked and smelled fresh and clean after I did the first wash. I have a large living area and it only took two tanks. I saw several people complained about the tank size so I was a bit worried and I honestly like that it isn't huge because I can do one room one day and don't have to waste water and cleaning solution because I didn't use it all. It also took me a fraction of the time compared to when I previously had rented rug doctor and it was much lighter. I love it!

This machine is the best! It's easy to use and cleans so much better than the carpet cleaners with a truck mount. It's not too heavy, but heavy enough to get imbedded dog hair up, even after I already vacuumed. I love this machine! Worth every penny!

I have 2 dogs and I live in the desert, needless to say I should have bought this cleaner years ago. I love that or holds 1 gal of water and that it is so easy to exchange out the dirty water and refill new clean water. I have used it 2 times and both times I have been very happy with the look of my carpet.

Repeat purchaser. Very happy with the first. Bought this one to clean furniture, but it did not have the furniture attachment the last on did even though the box said it did. Apparently the design changed. Good for carpet, but the attachments need improvement. The water containers are fairly small so many trips to the sink.

This is the best carpet cleaner I have had so far. We have dogs and it pulls the hair out of the carpet. Sucks most the water out of the carpet so it doesn't take forever to dry. So happy with this cleaner. PLUS the amount of sample shampoo bottles in the box was amazing. I kept pulling them out, I am not sure if it was an accident or on purpose, but I think there was 8 in there?!

The machine cleaned well, but I had some issues with regulating the amount of cleaning solution applied. The machine dripped dirty water for some time after it was turned off, so make sure you move it to a hard floor and not let it sit on carpet, as you add more solution and dump the dirty cleaning solution.

I would give it 5 stars except for the tank being too small. It only covers a little over half the size of a standard bedroom or 10'x10'. It would be nice if it were quieter, but not at the cost of it's power. It does a great job of sucking up the dirty water during the cleaning process. Otherwise, it does a very good job of cleaning and leaving carpet not too wet. I'm happy with it.

This machine performed perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear and gave a lot of photos, so I knew I was assembling the machine correctly. My carpets look AMAZING! It was worth the money to have my OWN cleaner. I don't want other people's dirt in my carpet, ya know? I have dogs and I garden with lots of dirt tracking in/out of the house. I was going to replace my carpets, but all they needed was a thorough cleaning!
