The machine was easy to assemble and use. After checking reviews and shopping around, Sam's had the best price. It did a very good job cleaning various height carpets and rugs. Only complaints were that it was extremely loud and that the return tank float gauge engaged when it was only a 1/3 full (having to empty more often). I recommend using ear plugs when using.

Okay, this is one heck of a carpet cleaner! I got it for the attachments so I could do my stairs, but when I used it on my carpet, I was just amazed. Their claim that it outcleans the top rental unit is not exaggeration. Not one bit. I got the Crosswave for my hardwood floors, and it's crazy-good as well! Carpets take about 4 hours to dry, if you are 'heavy' on dispensing the water like I am. If you have pet hair, I'd vacuum first. I tried it both ways, if you don't vacuum first, the Revolution will cough up a hairball every so often. Actually, they are pretty easy to pick up, so that's not the problem it sounds like. One heck of a carpet cleaner!!! I've recommended it to my friends.

A friend recommended this carpet cleaner. I have to say, I was blown away by the performance of this machine! I haven't really cleaned my carpets in many years. I was actually ready to get new carpets, but decided to try cleaning them first. After the 1st pass of the cleaner on my living room carpet, I could not believe how great this machine worked. I did 2 rooms so far. The only thing is that it did leave a little bit of moisture in the carpet, so I just took a couple of box fans and the carpet dried in about 4 hours. I did the deep clean, not the express clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone! I will be cleaning my parents carpets in a few weeks.

I love, love, love this carpet cleaner! It is excellent. The dirty water going in a different container is a huge plus. It allows the carpet cleaner to work that much more efficient. The extra cleaning solutions they send with the cleaner is fantastic and they work so well. If you want your carpet clean and smelling fresh, definitely buy this product.

Before I brought this cleaner I read the reviews. It has good reviews so I purchased it. It's not standing up to those good reviews, it's leaking water and not spraying. Sadly to say, I only used it once…what a waste of my money. I don't have money to waste. I take care of my elderly mother, I brought this machine to help make cleaning up her mistake easier. It's a waste of money

Small but powerful. Used it to clean both rugs and all the carpeted area. Easy to maneuver and lift up the stairs. Love it so far.

It left the Capet too wet. The dirty water bin only contained about a third of what was put down so it wasn't sucking up well.

This Bissell really cleans the carpet. I had some dirty heavy traffic areas that are surprisingly clean. All of the carpet is clean and back to being the same color.

Easy assembly. The machine stops cleaning when the float reaches a certain level. This was not known at first and I thought the machine was defective. Customer Service was in the Philippines and the person had no idea how the machine works.
