I like the dual tanks and the upholstery hand attachment being separated. It works very well. I would have gave it 5 stars but the upholstery attachment wasn't spraying properly. To there credit Bissell customer service was great as well as Sam's club who quickly sent a replacement and picked up the original one.

I love this shampooer and the attachments I own my own company as a housekeeper all the houses I clean are pet houses there are many many stains on the carpets couches chairs and the proheat revelation gets them all!! Every time I have used this product it has never let me down I have got nothing but rave reviews from my customers!

The clear plastic cover over the bristle rollers should have the capability of being removed easily for cleaning under this cover. I had to turn the machine over with the bristles facing up under the faucet to clean the clear plastic surface by the bristles. I'm 6'3" tall with a 4 foot stride. There should be instructions on how to clean. How fast should this cleaner be moved ? A foot every 15 seconds. Would this be correct. My last position was a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Ease of cleaning this machine is of great importance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the ProHeat 2X Revolution twice so far. The machine did a good job of cleaning a couple of area rugs and 3 bedroom rugs. It is light weight and has good suction. The rugs do take some time to dry. I'm hoping the machine lasts a good length of time.

I like that this rug cleaner is not so heavy and cumbersome like our past model. It was easy to operate and cleaned our carpet well. It did not have a cap for the water tank so I had to call customer service. The rep did not hesitate to say they would send one which arrived promptly. While on the phone with her she said I should hear a clicking sound when attaching the water tank to the base. I didn't hear one and when I told her I followed directions and placed hot water in the tank before attaching she said that hot water should never be used in this machine (even though the directions clearly state to do so) because it can affect the seal on the bottom of the tank and can lead to water leaking. When I used it there was no leakage but she offered to send a new tank which came after I cleaned the carpet. So customer service was great and the machine cleaned well but directions should be replaced with accurate instruction regarding the water temperature to be used. A little misleading since the machine label says ProHeat.

I purchased this to clean it myself to ensure I would get my deposit back. I have two cats, one young, one old. The older one pukes food (chunky kitty eats too fast) and has hairballs. The younger one loves to knock plates and cups full onto the floor. Needless to say, this has cleaned everything except one red kool-aid stain. Which is the hardest to get out. I'm going to pretreat before trying that stain again.

It was easy to assemble out of the box, very easy to use and clean up afterwards, pretty quiet while using, AND...it has an easy access to the belt which is VERY important!!! I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this in 2 rooms. This did an excellent job removing food stains, dirt, and a pee stain. It took longer to dry than expected and I had to do one room twice to remove the doggy smell from the carpet and to completely remove several stains. Cleaning is a bit confusing and not sure how the containers will completely dry.
