The minute I opened the box I was prepared to be disappointed because the scent of the cleaning samples was so strong. I am allergic to scented products and often find all they do is cover up odors. The carpet cleaner itself works well: I was surprised by how dirty the water was. I learned the hard way you have to clean the nozzle frequently for the best results. It was easy to assemble and is easy to use. The attachments work well. Now if only Bissell would make an unscented formula it would be great. I doubt they will since they now feature Febreeze in their products.

This is my 4th Bissell carpet cleaner and they make improvements all the time. It's easy to assemble and lightt weight to operate and carry. I wish they had an easier way to clean the head part. I get a lot of dog hair trapped even tho I vaccum well with my Pet hair machine first! I think the water pulls up more hair. On this model you need a VERY SMALL Phillips to take off the head. The last one was a normal size srew. Now I have to go buy another screwdriver.i did not get as much dirty water as I put down clean water and I have waterproof padding. My very first Bissell had the BEST suction..my last one the worse.

Purchased this machine a few weeks ago after watching Kathy Bissell in the infomercial, Anyway, I purchased it and I let it sit in the living room for about a week. I was reading all the reviews and today 1/29/206 I got to use it!! OMG!! what an Outstanding result I got from using this Bissell Pro-Heat 2x Pet. It got up dirt and stains that my spin scrub (which I now realize is a surface cleaner only) Right out of the box it worked. My only "con" comment on this is that when you use the hose attachment, the cleaning brushes still spin! Bissell needs to figure out a way to stop that when you use the hose attachment!!! This Bissell is lightweight but it really did a Heavy Duty job on my carpets without any issues!. I am a FAN!!!! Thank you . So glad I watched the infomercial and doing my own research paid off! When you make your purchase, I advise you to purchase directly from Bissell.

Separate tanks for clean and dirty water are nice. No onboard storage for upholstery attachment means storing separately, and inconvenient. Weak suction. The handle is heavy to push, since that's where the water tanks sit. The nossle on clean water, where you're supposed to position a bottle of solution and squeeze into tank creates nothing but a mess.

I recently purchased this machine due to my senior cat having accidents outside his litter box. It is simple to set up, easy use & I only thought my carpets were clean with the old loaner shampooer machine I used. It's amazing & no more kitty litter accident smells on the carpet!

I'm not sure is going on inside my carpet cleaner but the dirt comes back out of the rollers when I'm cleaning. I see the Clearwater level going down but I don't see the dirty water coming back up. This is the second time I've used it and I'm not sure if it even cleaned it. Im about ready to return it because it isn't worth the hassle of cleaning up wet dirt twice.

We downsized to a smaller home in an older established neighborhood, cute house but the carpets were stinky and dirty. I contemplated getting new carpet, but after reading the reviews I decided the give this carpet cleaner a shot. And boy I am glad I did! This cleaner saved us thousands of dollars, the carpets look new and smell new!!

We moved into this house a year ago, the floors have white carpets. I tried everything I could to try to clean them. Then I saw your tv ad about this bissell machine. I thought rather than spend 2 or 3 thousand on new carpet I would try this carpet cleaner. It took the spots out and the carpet looks a lot better, the next time I clean the carpets they are going to look great. Thank you for a product that actually works like advertised. I bought this machine back in Oct 2016. At the end of last month, it started making a grinding noise. Took the cover off and noticed that one of the brushes was broke. Got a new brush under warranty. Watched a video and read the instructions to put everything back together with the new brushes. Started using it and it making the grinding noise again. I don't have the extra money to buy a new carpet cleaner. My neighbors own a mulberry tree that keep dropping the berries on my back deck. I have to atleast clean my carpet once a week because the mulberries are getting tracked onto my carpet.

i tried it for the first time was amaed on how it worked it didn't get some of the stain out in my carpet but still going to work on it but it did bring my carpet back to life it made it so soft that i really like the pro heat 2x revolution i will be getting more cleaning solutions to try them out to see whats the best for my carpet
