We have had very bad stains in high traffic areas, and have had a couple of professional cleaners who have failed to do much with the stain. I did have to go over the stains several times with the cleaner, but the 2X did a great job, and better than the professionals!

This is the best carpet cleaner ever. I bought a home that needed some love to say the least. The carpet had stains. I thought okay that will be a project. Then we got a puppy and I am not in a position to do new flooring yet. I bought this carpet cleaner and used it today! My carpet looks new! Yes new! The stains that were there are gone. The puppy stains and urine stains and smell gone! Why did I wait so long to buy this?

The product arrived earlier than expected!! What a delightful machine to use!! Not too heavy and did an excellent cleaning job on our carpets that were way overdue especially in the high traffic areas. Did not take long to clean the carpets (1,500 sq. ft.) and the carpet dried in no time! It is also easy to clean after use. This is a wonderful machine and the price was great!!

bought model 1551 started to clean a sofa with the hand tool.I moved the unit around like instruction said,approx 40 minutes into it it started spitting out black rubber material and the brush stopped spinning.tried to return it to store they wouldnt give me a refund.So this machine is 40 minutes old wont work and now I have to wait on parts that no one knows are correct and then I have to repair this piece of junk.I guess my time and labor is worth nothing! never again bissell

I received my Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution cleaner about 2 weeks and used it to clean my three rooms of carpeting. To my surprise, the carpet came out beautiful and dried in a couple of hours. I am the professional carpet cleaner now. Always had my carpets cleaned twice a year Saving money now. Thanks Bissell. I highly recommend this cleaner

The ProHeat 2x Revolution delivered on every promise the commercial made. This is my second Bissell purchase inside of two months and neither have disappointed. Easy to assemble and use and thoroughly effective. I uploaded a before and after of a segment of my carpet which was black and disgusting from years of foot traffic, pet accidents, and a lack of maintenance on my part. The ProHeat took up the stains and if I hadn't known they were there before, I probably never would have. The pet stain trapper is a god-send for quick accident clean ups. Can't say enough good things about this product and how much nicer it has made my home in appearance and smell. Plus knowing that part of my purchase goes to helping pets find forever homes is awesome. Great work Bissell! Keep it up!

We bought this machine with high expectations. The first 2 times we used it, it worked pretty well. We had issues with leaking, though. The 3rd time I tried to use it, it wouldn't dispense water. We took it back to the store, and they replaced it. This one dispenses water well, but has no suction to pick up the dirt and water. We read the "trouble shooting" directions, did exactly what they said, and still we have soaking wet carpet. This is a piece of garbage - don't waste your money.

Great machine, size, weight, I love it, My ProHeat 2x is the best purchase I made this year, is strong as soon I received it I wash my stairs, you know kids running up and down, my stairs suffered the consequences. Well back to the point, once I washed my stairs I can see the difference, they look like new and over that my stairs were dry so fast. Also I clean my hard floors and it works great. I definitely recommend this product.

used this 3 times, cleaned it each time and now it does not suck the water up. just leaves the mess on the rug/floor. I have emailed the company but they are taking time to get back to me. don't buy this product. try a different brand. one that works.

Very easy to use and clean when finished. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it pulled from the carpet. We have pets, and even though we vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning, the unit pulled an amazing amount of pet hair out. The wheels are designed to make removal of the hair easy, and cleaning the nozzle was not difficult either.
