Have used it only once to clean carpets and hard floors. I'm very satisfied with the performance of this machine. Easy to set up and use. Amazed with the amount of dirt that was removed during the cleaning process. I have dogs and the only complaint I can think of is how the hair will build up inside of the vac unit going to the dirty water tank. Takes a little time to get use to removing this hair. Customer service is exceptional. RK

Cleans better then a carpet cleaning service! I have very high quality white carpet that is scotchguarded. It's 7 years old and needs to be cleaned about twice a year. I am never pleased with the carpet cleaner people who charge an arm and a leg so I thought I would try this machine. WOW! Glad I did, easy to use and the carpet has not been this clean since it was installed. I did use the boost product with the oxi clean product. A great combination. Very nice product Bissell!

We have been researching Pet Carpet Cleaners for a few months and I was ready to order one of the other Bissell cleaners BUT then there was an Bissell Infomercial on the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner....We just received our ProHeat 2x and I didn't think anything was going to clean up the stains from our fur baby. We pre-treated the carpet waited the 15 mins and away we went. I took before pictures and after pictures and the stains were gone and our carpet looks brand new. We just wish the tank was bigger than 1 gallon.

Have an older model that one of our daughters borrows and we needed to clean some carpet. An infomercial came on for this product and since the other one is close to 10 years old, figured now is the time. Once we opened it, we found that improvements were made that eliminated some areas of frustrations. This in addition to the newer technology made us very happy. Keep up the good work Bissell!!

After a lot of researching,I chose this carpet cleaner based off the reviews. I was less than thrilled with it. Had to stop every few minutes to clean the suction tube, still didn't pick up any of the water. Tried all possible fixes, but left the carpet soaked and smelling worse than when I started. Very disappointed with the product and definitely would not recommend

Like the product but the title PRO HEAT is very misleading a little disappointing to find out that there is no heating element. The operator I talked to when I saw the infomercial said Yes it does have a heating element so I bought your product. Not sure we will keep it as I've used it once and not sure it is worth the $ especially again no heating element. Thanks

As per my previous Bissell carpet cleaner (the Bissell Lift Off), I used this about 3 times before it stopped working. The brushes failed to rotate and it would not spray water. Since the carpet cleaner was only a few months old, we sent it off for repair under warranty. Not covered we are told...so much for the warranty - very unhappy. Will never buy another Bissell again. It sits beside the other almost brand new Bissell cleaner that does not work either.

The ProHeat 2x Revolution delivered on every promise the commercial made. This is my second Bissell purchase inside of two months and neither have disappointed. Easy to assemble and use and thoroughly effective. I uploaded a before and after of a segment of my carpet which was black and disgusting from years of foot traffic, pet accidents, and a lack of maintenance on my part. The ProHeat took up the stains and if I hadn't known they were there before, I probably never would have. The pet stain trapper is a god-send for quick accident clean ups. Can't say enough good things about this product and how much nicer it has made my home in appearance and smell. Plus knowing that part of my purchase goes to helping pets find forever homes is awesome. Great work Bissell! Keep it up!

After 2 months of having I have already had to replace the brushes. I cleaned my carpets since I have a old cat that has accidents, I used the deep clean and i went back over the spot to get all the water up and I still have pee coming up. I have no pad under my carpet but no matter how many times I clean a area it still isn't clean. I've always used bissel but after spending $200 plus on this machine and it not working right I will be switching to a different brand. If I could get my money back i would in a heart beat. Not impressed at all with this carpet cleaner.

The ProHeat Revolution Pet is a very good "do it yourself " cleaner. It is lightweight and easy to use. It does need to be refilled often if you are cleaning a large area. My carpet was filthy, so I had to clean it twice to get all the dirt out, but it was excellent at removing stains. The cleaning solution provided removed pet smells and left a pleasant scent. I had one area where my carpet had stretched and it seems that the heat from the cleaner was able to shrink it back into place a little which is a plus. There was a learning curve for me because I've never tried to clean my own carpets. After I got the hang of removing the excess water and cleaning without over wetting using the deep clean feature, the carpet dried in about 5 or 6 hours. In express clean mode which I used for another area with just a few spots, it cleaned completely and dried within an hour. The only complaints I have is that the cord could be longer and the fill tank is a little messy to fill since the fill hole is small and at an angle. However, those are small issues and I believe this cleaner will be a great addition to my cleaning arsenal since I have several messy dogs that track in lots of dirt! Thanks Bissell for making a cleaner especially for cleaning up after pets.
