My husband saw an informercial late one night and we ordered it the next morning. We cleaned our carpets the same day it arrived and absolutely love it!! My carpets haven't been cleaned in 6 months so we anxious to get started. This carpet cleaner is EVERYTHING and then some!! The stains came out with little effort. We are very happy to have this product in our home.

I found this to be a very good carpet cleaner despite its small size. It took less time to clean my living room than it had with past machines, including the cumbersome rental machines. Had a very quick drying time also.It was very easy to clean after its use. The biggest plus was that I did not have a backache when done.You don't have the biggest machine to get the best!

I always wanted to buy a rug shampooer but was real skeptical as for the results. Took a chance on the Bissell, and was I surprised. It did a great job and was easy to use. The only problem I had was with the suction, but once I looked at the online video, the problem was solved. Cleaning the boot takes care of it. Debris in the boot, breaks the suction. Clean it out, and you are good to go. Thanks Bissell

I was looking into a carpet cleaning a while and I finally settled on this pearl. We have a Rottweiler and let me tell there is always something to be vacuumed or cleaned. With this cleaner I was able to clean and remove a cough up accident that was a few weeks old and have the area smelling very well. Deep cleaning mode is just as good as its big brother(Big Green) and the 1 gal. tank is not as bad as I thought. The attachment tools all serve a purpose and do a very well good cleaning furniture. I expect I will be using the express mode to keep the carpet fresh from the day to day wear.I will say if you have > a 3 bed room house or very very long hallways you may want to look into something with a bigger tank. To me this a professional level cleaner scaled down for consumer market. Im always looking for something to clean now.

I used my new ProHeat 2X Revelation Pet Care Carpet Cleaner today, it was the best one ever ! I have bought several other cleaners of Bissel, all great products, and this is their best one. The suction is superb . It also is light weight and easy to use. I love the way the external hose is separate and attaches easily!

After many years with our old Bissell carpet cleaner, it was time to get a new one. I was always very pleased with the old cleaner and wanted to stick with Bissell. After much research, I found this cleaner and decided to pick this one up. I found it very easy to assemble and was cleaning carpets in my house within ten minutes. I vacuumed the carpets throughly before using and was very surprised by the amount of pet hair and grit that still came out of the carpet. Being an owner of three dogs, two cats, and a rabbit means that my carpets get a lot of traffic and ware. I did my first clean on the deep clean later at night and the carpets were completely try by morning. The old cleaner use to take almost 24 hours! The tank system is very easy to use and are very accessible. The tool to help clean any debris out of the intake was fairly easy to use and got out almost all the debris. I have not used any of the hand tools yet but love that the hose connects onto the machine only when you want to use it. No more hose taking up space on the back of the machine or getting in your way while cleaning carpets. I have cleaned carpets at my parents house while growing up and now in my own house and can honestly say that this has been the best machine I have used! The carpet in our house is 2 years old and was starting to look pretty grimy and after last night, our carpets look brand new again!

I watched the TV ad for the pro heat 2X Revolution carpet cleaner. I was impressed with all the features offered and the price. So I bought one and am very happy with this machine. I had a truck mount carpet cleaning machine and was in business for 15 yrs So I know quite a lot about carpet cleaning. The chemicals offered work so nice. I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants to keep their carpet clean. I don't think you can clean carpet too much. After all, carpet fibers are fabric like clothes and we wash our clothes weekly. Awesome machine !

Our first Bissell lasted about 15 years despite punishing use cleaning up after two humans and two dogs. We had to buy a couple of minor parts during this time and were about to do so again, when we decided to splurge for a new model. It is easier to use with a low profile head and lighter weight. It doesn't seem to leave the carpet as wet as our old unit, which is likely the result of better suction. I worry about the durability of so many plastic parts, but with a 5 year warranty, and an excellent support staff, I feel confident that our new model will last for many years. We gave our old machine to family to use and hope that one day they will write a similar review.

I purchased this Bissell Upright Carpet Cleaner to clean whole house carpeting for a 7-year old carpet that hadn't been cleaned with a carpet cleaning machine. There was a significant amount of deep ground-in dirt in various areas. I pre-treated the carpet using Bissel Pre-Treament Spray. I used Bissell's most powerful cleaning formula, Pro Advanced Max Clean and Protect, which resulted in very effective carpet cleaning for a neglected carpet. I purchased this model carpet cleaning machine in lieu of renting a Rug Doctor (which I had used periodically on prior carpets in my home) and because paying for a professional carpet cleaner was out of my budget at the time. This Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution proved to be a very powerful carpet cleaning machine and removed ground-in dirt and stains that I doubted would come out. A second deep cleaning performed one week after the initial cleaning brought my carpet back to its original luster. Will definitely plan to use it to perform periodic carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of a professionally cleaned carpet at much less cost. And the bonus is that this model has a 3-year manufacturer'a warranty.

Only used once so far. Easy to put together and use. Not heavy. Used Bissell Pet Pro Oxy cleaner. Did a good job with stains....but very strong smelling. I did pre-treat with another Bissell product. Need to try the Allergy formula. Say's it has a lot less odor. Wish this machine sucked up more of the product. Took 2 days to dry. Maybe with just maintenance now...I won't have to use as much product and it will dry faster. I would recommend ! Happy cleaning !
