We have two puppies and as puppies do have accidents that we spot clean I like to deep clean as well, used twice cleaned each time as instructed go to use third time will not spray! SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY! the troubleshooting seriously is no help so will need to try to call and in the meantime need to borrow or rent a cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this scrubber back in 2017 I have used it at least once a month since having it. I haven't had a stain I couldn't get out with this! With two kids and pets this is a life saver for me. I have recently found out that the handheld hose piece gives you more suction to suck up really deep in stains and dirt. I have cleaned paint, koolaid , Hawaiian Punch and red wine out of my carpet and couch. I use it to even clean my seats in my vehicle. I bought this originally because it was a pet one I've always noticed pet stuff gets down a little better than regular(most times others it's just a word used to bump the price) but this is completely worth it ! I love my scrubber I have had to replace the belts and brush plus my tank since having it but I do use it every often when I first received it I used it once a week for almost a year then moved to once a month with it. I feel I have definitely received my money worth from it. I have recommended this scrubber to friends and family. I do recommend using the Bissell antibacterial pet stain the white bottle not blue. I've noticed the white bottle works a lot better on stains . I live it's super easy for quick clean ups also !

I really am enjoying the Bissell 2x so far. It has done a Great job. I am overall impressed! I've used other carpet shampoo cleaners & hasn't cleaned my carpet like this has. I have 2 house pets also. I can't tell you enough how excited I am about this product !!!! Love it!!

I was watching the info commercial on this product. I was impressed and thought "why not give it a try". I was skeptical because you know how most things work when you order off tv.... well I am impressed!! My hoover carpet cleaner was not doing the job I wanted. Carpet still stunk of pet accidents and I was getting frustrated, This came in and I went over the carpet and holy moly! What it pulled out and did I am very happy with the purchase! I like the fact that it is not bulky and I can clean right under things with ease! Very happy! Good Job Bissell!

I seldom order things from television ads but the ProHeat 2X® Revolution looked so much better than another brand I gave away I decided to order. Shipping was free and minus 1 payment sealed the deal. Am I ever glad I ordered it. We have Berber carpet in the basement that had been severely stained when an upstairs toilet ran over. I had the carpet cleaned professionally after the overflow and the stain came back worse than original. I cleaned the whole downstairs carpet and the stain is completely gone. Time will tell if it comes back. The idea of an express clean every 3 to 6 months should keep the carpet stain free. We also did the upstairs which has a mid pile plush carpet. We vacuum often and I could not believe the grime this unit pulled out of the carpet. You need to be aware that the 3 solutions you get with this offer are only 8 ounce bottles. Kinda like a sample. You need to head to your nearest Bissell dealer and get retail size bottles if you have a lot of carpet to go over the first time. It does go through the 1 gallon clean water tank pretty quickly on deep clean. To the people who say it leaves balls of lint and hair on the carpet you are running the suction phase too fast. Ground speed is the enemy here. If you leave a hair ball on the floor just go back over it SLOWLY and you will pick it up. My initial cleaning had lots of those but slow suction speed picked them all up. For those of you who have too much water left in the carpet again vacuum slowly and go over it a few extra times. Overall I'm very pleased with the unit.

I Cleaned my carpets and you could smell the freshness. The dry time was very quick about and hour or a little more. On the upholstery, I cleaned a cream colored Haitian Cloth 90 inch sofa, which was in storage for 14 years. It was dusty and gotten dark brown water stain from the sprinkler system at the storage area. It came out great the stain is almost invisible I am sure I can remove it completely on the next pass. I highly recommend this machine to anyone with pets and old stains on the carpet.

The only negative thing I can say is the clean water canister can't have any water in it when not in use cause mine will leak. The minute I am done I have to remove it and them pull the plug from the wall cause it begins to leak quickly. But the cleaning job it does is very worth it to me. I had no idea my carpet was soo dirty and I immediately pull it out whenever I have any kind of spill because it works so well! I've used it so many times that I've already gone thru all my soaps that I got with the bundle! I didn't like the smell of one of the soaps but the rest we're awesome! Had that fresh clean smell!!!

Purchased one of these yesterday and am immediately going to take it back. After an initial problem of fixing the spray trigger after it wasn't working, it now won't suck anything up. After emptying the entire clean water canister and running it back and forth until the cows come home, it will only collect about an inch of water in the return tank. I'm usually a fan of Bissell products as I've owned many in the past as well as currently one of their Pet vacuums which works great. But this one just seems to be a dud.

I use it to take care of my three cats one whose long hair and my husky. Needless to say there's some hair flying around. Since I've bought the Bissell Pet vaccum in combination with this Bissell Pet Pro Heat shampooer the hair has disappeared. Too sum it up top of the line!

This is the worst carpet cleaner I purchased. There is very little suction. I've only used this once and its very bad compared to my other steam vac. The other one is A lot heavier so maybe that means the motor is stronger... There is barely any suction on this one. So basically half the tank of water stays in my carpet and it takes 2-3 days to dry... Another thing is the dirty water area can only fill up half way before the machine stops and I have to empty it. I run back and forth to the sink and toilet about 7x for a small room. Its quite ridiculous. So if you fill the water full, only half the water is sucked back up into the dirty area. That means my carpet is pretty drenched. The tried using the spray handle since that's my favorite tool to use on my other steam vac and the suction is bad as well PLUS it doesn't dispense water. The customer service said I can try trouble shooting it through online videos and if that doesn't work, I need to bring it to one of their designated stores and hopefully they can fix it.
