Got it put together, ready to go to work. I was surprised how much dirt and lint it pulled from the carpet; I had vacuumed just prior to using the cleaner. Wow. And the dirty water was just that, i.e. DIRTY. I cleaned a 14 x 26 less under the king-sized bed in a very short time. The cleaning product, anti-bacterial is amazing. If I can use this on vinyl floors, after I find the tool for that, my work load will be much lighter, Thank you Bissell.

I just got my "Revolution" and used it for the first time. Wow, I am so impressed with the results! I have four cats and shamefully had been only spot cleaning my carpets for too long. I am amazed how great this machine works and my carpets look almost new again! My only regret is not getting this fantastic cleaner sooner! Don't wait like I did. Get one today!

Used it to clean the carpet in my apartment and after 10 or do uses the large pump belt snapped. Once I replaced the belt myself, the clean tank deformed due to hot tap water and will not seat properly which resulted in a total failure to laydown solution on the carpet.

I have used it twice and it does a great job on an old rug. The spots disappear from the carpet and it comes with an accessory bag where I keep the manuals and tools and hoses that come with it. The waste water and soap bins fit in easily and everything is easy to clean, thanks to the long tool they give you to clean it out. I could not be happier, it is easy to use which makes me eager to do it again.

The machine was very easy to put together. I followed instructions to the letter. However once it dried I went back and looked and there were brown marks that look like where dirty water had dried. I had to take spot cleaner to clean those areas. After Christmas I'm going to use it one more time just to see if it was operator error or not. I believe in giving a product more than one chance. Hopefully I will not be disappointed on the Second Use.

I purchase this machine based on the recommendation from my in-laws and how well they liked theirs. I have to say Finally I have a full size carpet cleaner that cleans the carpet very nicely with out all the big clean up mess. This cleaner does such a great job and so easy to use, I would like to try the pet hair earaser sweeper too. Thank you!

It's ok. I've had it for about a year and a half now. Doesn't seem to get out stains that great but I think it's a combination of my type of carpet and the brush design. It's lightweight and not bulky which is the main reason I got it. I'm not sure of the quality though. I went to take the floor nozzle off to clean it out and it completely separated. Now I have to get a floor new nozzle before I can use it again. Blah. I wouldn't buy this model again

I bought the carpet cleaner on the 1st of November, after reading all the reviews and decided to give it a try, even though some reviews were very bad...but that'll be me!! As an "OCD" person, my house is always very clean...not cleaned JUST for Spring cleaning... that it is the custom here, but IT GETS CLEANED VERY SINGLE DAY!!!. I've just cleaned the carpet so I needed two weeks before it got another carpet cleaning. So, very excited about utilizing my NEW PRO PET WHATEVER they call it, I decided to give it a try. It STARTED TO WORK WELL!!! When I try the ATTACHMENT to clean the stairs....THE DARN THING DID NOT FIT AT ALL!!!!!!!! After cleaning two rooms...THE VACUUM JUST STOPPED!!!!! FOR NO REASON!!!! Just in case IF someone try to say that "I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE IT".... My dears, I have been all over the world and seen EVERYTHING ONE CAN POSSIBLY SEE....from Fine Art, to Fine Cuisine, to Fine Fashion, to Fine Shoes, to Fine Perfume, to Museums, to Fine Chocolate, to Fine Pastries and all the vacuum cleaners you can ever imagine...as I am always looking for the best! Cheap quality, unit will not stand up as foot lever does not work! When cleaning there is no dirty water in the catch tank so I assume all the dirty water is being disbursed onto the carpet as I see evidence on the floor by carpeted area! Brand new, only used two times. Not satisfied at all!

My carpets were so dirty I was so embarrassed to hire a professional carpet cleaning service that I planned to clean my carpets and then call a professional to finish the job. Now that I have cleaned my carpets with this shampooer, I don't need to hire a professional.
