This cleaner saved us from replacing the carpet in our dinning room. We had stains our old carpet cleaner and rentals we had used in the past could not get out. The revolution got out all the stains and made the high traffic stains go away. The carpet looks like new.

I bought this cleaner because I watched the video and was very impressed. I was excited to see all the attachments that came with it. I must say that I will not use any of these attachments again. I used the stair attachment with the hose and was shocked to see the brushes on the upright cleaner were spinning away. I understand why so many people have gone through so many belts and brushes. I purchased a portable cleaner to do my stairs and upholstery next time. I am anxiously awaiting for it to be delivered. Be aware that your upright will continue to run even when you use the hose attachment.

I have always used a Bissell Steam cleaner because I have always had dogs. I currently have 3 Bassett Hounds and they reside inside and out. They shed, they roll and scratch and bring in whatever they can from outside. My carpets take a beating. I saw this ProHeat Revolution on a late night infomercial and thought to myself, I must have it! When it arrived, I vacuumed the house and proceeded to steam clean. After the first few tank dumps, I said outloud, if only this were my vacuum cleaner too. It picks up more stuff than I ever thought could be in my carpet. It is nice and wide, I like the heat and it dries fast. Where have you been all my life! Love, Love Love it! This inspired me to purchase the Pet Eraser when it came available which I also love! Thank you Bissell from one pet owner to another for such wonderful products! Lifetime customer!

I received this carpet cleaner for Christmas from my husband. Our last Bissell I loved but we were replacing almost every part after having it for 6 years and using it regularly. The new Bissell Pro heat 2 revolution is light weight, very very easy and quick to clean and leaves the carpet damp not soaked. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and replacing any parts needed to keep it for 6 years like the last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought 2 of these in the last week! The first was the revolution pet pro and the 2nd was the revolution pet. They turned on but wouldn't spray water!! I tried all the recommended things to figure it out but to no avail. Can't say I'll ever try another bissel product again as it's already been too many trips to the store with 2 small children no less.

I have been cleaning my own carpets for over 40 years. Had a Bissell Proheat for several years. Still works great, but wanted something lighter and easier to use. This fits the bill and does a great job on cleaning. The cleaner that comes with it leaves the carpet smelling fresh.

I've used this machine inside my home and inside my car. It's great easy to use> only con I see in this machine is if you are interrupted while cleaning the water doesn't stay hot. When you see a machine that says Pro Heat you will believe it heats the water also. NO,not part of the functions. It cleans well, cleaning the machine is easy. Not all appliances listed come with the the machine, ie the bare floor cleaner. It's an additional purchase at the website. I used it inside my car after spending a lot of money to get the interior cleaned, this did a much better job. I suggested this machine to the detailer.

I have yet to be able to have my carpets cleaned the way I expected when I saw this Bissell advertised. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new roller. Although I don't think this is the issue keeping my carpet cleaner from working as advertised, I will try it out and see how it goes. To be continued...

This unit is really nice. It did a great job on my neglected carpet. You MUST make sure you vacuum once twice and again before you start on a neglected carpet, especially if you have a long haired dog. If you dont, you will stop every 10 seconds to pick up wet dog hair clumps. All in all, I really liked how it cleaned and brought my carpet back to life.

This is the first machine I've ever owned. I've always rented carpet cleaners in the past with good results. I love owning my own machine and it works great! I used it to clean one carpet that I tried everything to get the stain out and with a couple of swipes, the stain was gone! I then used it to freshen up my large area rugs and my living room carpet...lookin' good as new! I'm interested in purchasing the tool for the bare floor - I have tile and wood floors throughout the rest of the house. I hope I am as pleased with that purchase. If you're on the fence about buying it...just do it. You won't regret it.
