I heard about this soap from a very famous influencer. After taking a bath, you need to scrub yourself with a loofah using this soap (lather), and all the dry skin comes off. The skin remains smooth and moisturized. The soap doesn't dry out the skin at all and has a very pleasant scent. The packaging is also very nice. I recommend it to everyone.

I have been using Dove my whole life! I have not tried the body wash, but the Dove bar and the shampoo and conditioner are always in my cabinet! I have dry skin and will use nothing other than that on my face. I use the bar soap to wash my body Also. Absolutely loving and would use nothing else!

Let me start off by saying I love the dove body washes.. but this soap is not it..for a couple of reasons. I’ve used this in the shower instead of using body wash, for experimental reasons. First of all it does not leave ur skin feeling moisturized IN ANYWAY and y’all know that sticky feeling after u apply certain soaps.. yeah this is that feeling. Second of all it does not smell that good either, I’m not too big on every product having to smell good as there can be products that have other goals instead of having a nice smell but like.. the smell is 0/10, for me personally. Like I CANT handle it type smell. Overall I’d say there are better products for you to spend your money on.

love dove so bad! my skin is nice even just using one product. the scent is fine it’s not strong or anything and i like that. the ingredients are good especially if you have sensitive acne prone skin and the packaging is easy to open i usually put it in a different container.

This Dove beauty bar is so gentle on sensitive skin and I loved it for my dry skin because I definitely felt as if it had a moisturizing component to it after using it to cleanse. I would recommend this for people with sensitive skin struggling with acne and other blemishes.

For years, living somewhere with very hard water, that made my skin extremely dry, the only thing I could use to hydrate my hands and body was the classic Dove bar. For me, it was a necessity. And I’m still looking for a fragrance that smells exactly like the classic Dove bar.

This dove soap is widely available and affordable; however I find that it leaves a gross sticky feel on my skin after using it. I’ve also noticed that once you go through half the soap, it develops uneven cracks on the surface and doesn’t lather as well.

When I wear makeup and use this Dove bar alone to clean my face it doesn't remove the foundation or mascara well. I end up having to use makeup remover and then wash with this. I also use a separate exfoliate to remove flaky or dry skin. It's a great gentle product to use as part of your skin care routine, or for cleansing daily and you don't need heavy cleaning. The only issue I have with it is that I don't find it to be particularly moisturizing so I use additional moisturizers. Overall a good product for sensitive skin though.

This beauty bar reduced my acne and got rid of that stubborn texture on my forehead. I’ve only been using for a few weeks and the results are tried and true! Make sure you do use a moisturizer after because although it isn’t as drying as regular soap, it’s definitely still a bit drying.
