The Dove original bar soap is a staple in our home. It is so gentle on the skin. Everybody can use it, the bar soup last an incredibly long time making the value for your money right on point. The scent is light, yet fresh. It does not leave any residue behind, and it makes your skin feel moisturized when you are through using it.

I ordered online, my mistake i thought this bar would be regular bathsize bar but thats on me for not reading. I love Dove soap, its gentle, moisturizing and smells so good. Gentle on your skin and face, also love the company and how women are represented

I was sad to no longer be able to buy these in stores. When I found them available to purchase online it made me so happy. I bought 2 cases and hope they are here to stay. Good price. Have used Dove for years, since my previous product was too drying for my skin. I've been very pleased with with Dove bar soap simply because it's not drying to my skin-leaves a very silky feeling. TY

A a soap like this is a pretty basic set of ingredients. Whereas in other soaps, those have many chemicals inside of them. That’s why some dermatologist like a standard bar soap with simple ingredients. It interacts better with your skin. It’s economical and it has a good scent and it’s easy on your complexion

This is the only soap I have ever found that is kind to my skin (which is VERY dry) and doesn't cause any detrimental reaction. So many of the "moisturising" soap claims are overrated or are not hypoallergenic, and cause severe skin issues. Dove soap has been my saving grace and go-to for the last 55 years, and I am so very grateful to the inventors and manufacturers that it is available to me to use. Haven't voluntarily used another soap for more than 40 years. Thank you Dove for making washing my face a pleasure rather than torture!

I have been spending WAY too much for body and hand soaps that are "specialty" brands. Dove products have been around for like 70 years and there is a reason. Dove IS a premium product without the cost. I am now using the liquid soaps and the bar soaps in both bathrooms---yes, even the guest bathroom.

I'm 73 and most soaps now dry my skin and make it itchy. This smaller size of Dove Bar Soap seems to have more cream in it and it's the only soap I've found that keeps my skin hydrated and doesn't cause my skin to itch. I also use this as the only soap to wash my hands all day and keep them from being chapped and itching.

I like the Dove soap bar %26 the fact that it has a lot less harmful ingredients in it. It's just small %26 doesn't last as long. For me, a bar lasts almost a week. Other than that, it's a great choice.

The soap is very perfumed and reeks of sweet smell. I had it in an open box in a drawer and the smell lit up the room. It is not the original dove of old that was unscented. Everything else (smoothness and lather) is just okay. It may be our skin, but it dried my family's skin.
