I have been using Dove beauty bars since I can remember. My Mom uses it and my grandmother did also. It leaves your skin soft and moisturized. I also use it on my face and it's soft and smooth and very moisturized. I highly recommend that you give it a try!

This product was really a letdown considering I love the body wash from Dove. It's SO drying and makes my skin feel rubbery after I use it, leading to intense lotion application which takes forever, and that's only on my body. The whole concept also seems super unsanitary, thinking that something you use to clean your body then goes on your face. Also, I'm just not a fan of beauty bars as a whole. They are so slippery and hard to hold on to, and they don't beat liquid products.

This soap is the classic of all bar soaps! It smells fresh but not overly perfumed, leathers like a dream, and does a fine job of cleaning. I don't find it particularly moisturizing however, which warrants the 4 star rating. I have dry skin, and this soap doesn't dry me out, but my skin also does require some lotion after the shower.
