my makeup was used and so was the applicator.. I want to be reimbursed for my makeup or a new one sent to my home

False Description Item is 3.75oz. I only purchased this item because it was described as 4oz. Amazon had a better deal for their 3.75 oz bars

I have been using this soap because I have sensitive skin. It does a good cleaning job but does not cause any distress on my skin.
